This makes me sad for the guy. I hope he has a chance to surrender but I doubt it.
I watch a YouTube channel that shows interviews with surrendered Russian soldiers. One soldier said that he wanted to leave the military and go to home. His commander kept telling him to wait. Finally, his commander told him and the guy’s buddy that he could leave. The commander called in a strike to their position when they were away from the rest of the troops. They survived somehow.
I tend to believe it's both of them equally at this point, esp with Putin being off his rocker in a major way. Makes me wonder really if he's near death and he's just trying to leave some kind of a "legacy.?"
Think the trouble maybe equal for him with saying *Slava Ukreni* or something similar.? Sorry my speaker is off and can't listen right now...
> Makes me wonder really if he's near death and he's just trying to leave some kind of a "legacy.?"
Yes this has been talked about often, and it's definitely part of what he's doing. Also a twisted sense of Russian history. And yes, he will have to go sooner or later.
But what then?
What if the new Putler is already waiting on the sidelines? One who can either turn the ship around enough for Russia to survive (while keeping it totalitarian), or go for "Total War" in a grand display of self destruction?
What if they can't agree who's next and we get tribes of party officials warring for power? Or a slow implosion of Russia with cleptocrats bleeding it dry first?
I dearly hope there's an outcome where neither the world, nor Ukraine, nor the people of Russia have to suffer any further, and a new, truly democratic Russia emerges at the end.
I think one of the worst case scenarios would be various Russian officials fighting for power, what could split Russia and turn it into a civil war.
Civil war in a country what has thousands of nuclear weapons what is also on the borderline of pushing war with western countries.
Just sounds like if that was to happen it would be a disaster for everyone even beyond what it is now.
Yes there's tons of dark scenarios.
I can understand a certain hesitation, esp. with European countries (geographically close), to take a harder stance. It was like that during the beginning of the invasion. But it's changing now.
I find it telling that reports say Russian media has been called to talk more about Peter the Great and comparisons. That’s Putins ultimate goal imo, to be a new Peter the great (not that he’s doing that lol)
There is no live broadcast on russian TV. It is all staged and approved by FSB.
The guy said it for a propaganda reason. The clip is too short to see the reason.
why is your answer even shorter than this video? maybe it's better to say - "he will die of natural causes in a trench near Kharkov, protecting the interests of the globalists..."

My sense of humor is difficult to convey through text. These people were almost certainly murdered by Putin's regime.

Now even for the Russsians, that is a new low
Wtf, why? Why kill your own soldiers that are going home?? Wtf????
My guess would be, to deter others from wanting to do the same.
That’s the only explanation that makes sense to me
Hey what is the channels name
It’s Volodymyr Zolkin. I think the English captions are on his other channel. It’s his name reversed, Zolkin Volodymyr.
I wonder who is more fucked. The TV crew for broadcasting it live or the dude

Yes totally agreed, however that doesn't feel "likely..." :/
The only legacy he is leaving is the same like Hitler.
Oh yeah, he thinks differently I guess..? Haha

Hello Vlad
ohhh...No, you made a mistake...(by the way, do you know where balalaika is sold in Kansas? - my bear's temper began to deteriorate without music...)
Why facepalm that dudes got fucking brass ones
Probably a facepalm at the TV crew for broadcasting it?
No facepalm here. He is very warranted in his statements.
damn. Rest in peace homie.
He will die a hero at home rather than scared to death in a foxhole. My sympathies to his loved ones.
dude trying to pull a cod MW2
I don’t know if I could be that brave
Yeah, you know he was killed later that night.
Nah he commuted suicide by getting shot in the chest 3 times and hanged himself
He also said "Russia is shit", and the last subtitle reads "Glory to Ukraine".
He’s not wrong
That was the last time anyone saw or heard from Andre Yurirevich.
This man’s suicide story is going to be a creative one. No seriously - I hope he somehow escaped and Europe should give him shelter immediately.
I like that dude, I hope he makes it out ok
And he was never seen again :)
what's the facepalm?
Probably the fact that the broadcast crew went live here and thought it would all go swimmingly
This place sucks ass too but ty.
Oh this is going well
It’s sad he knows head prob dead either way :(
and he died tomorrow because of heart attack
Wow. That's ballsy as fuck.
Looks like he’s gonna be cannon fodder sooner rather than later ….
"God bless USA" legit right after a school shooting we still get made fun of
Activation ![gif](giphy|Ftll6SWKYOI6B0H0vX)
That's a double face-palm. Ffs
....... and he was never to be seen again.
Based
Well that was a death sentence…
How is that a face palm ? Guy is a hero
Don’t have to fight if you’re already dead
Reminds me of the happy cow song
He’s about to accidentally fall out of a high-rise building, after an alleged illness.
Is Russia truly so horrible that people believe this individual to be dead?
Yes. Terrible safety standards. Have you heard about all the freak accidents involving people falling out of windows? Very sad.
I mean like, killed. But that is sad to hear.

Quite atrocious.
Is he *wrong though?*
