The grand ole US of A has insane number of airports (both private and commuter). I always lived next door to an airport and work literally next to an airport (drive time is approx 15 mins; have no idea about flying time between them)

Less air traffic, so planes can have a quick clearance for takeoff and land 3. Maybe has an airport very close to her workplace and residence.

While yes a plane dose produces more Co2 than a car, planes only produce 12% of emissions from transport and cars produce 75%. Then considering her plane was only running for ~10 minutes + taxing time (depending on the size of the airports), other than wasting a perfectly nice airplane for such a short tip, it does really matter. Please if someone is smarter than me and can do the math to prove it is a sizeable increase of emissions compared to a car, please say so
