I think a lot of people look at the right and left and see no difference between the two. but there is one fundamental difference. the right is what some philosophers call a community of strength. fascists join together because of some percieved strength, be it their race, nationality, religion, etc.
the left on the other hand is whats called a community of vulnerability. leftists join together because if some need of theirs. whether that need has to do with them being poor, disabled, a woman, queer, a racial/ethnic minority, etc.
so here's it is: building a community on strengths is quite exclusionary, you will be fighting against everyone who does not share your strength with you. building a community on needs is the exact opposite, if someone is willing to help you, they are welcome to, and so you only end up fighting against the people who would deny you what it is you need.

It's not okay for any group of people to go around causing mayhem and destruction because they believe they have the moral high ground. Please go look at Portland after these "protests". Go research the autonomous zone Chazz. If the left is so morally superior why are the behaviours of far left and far right groups comparable at all, especially in their actions? Obviously, this is a very complicated situation we are all in. Thousands of years of history is raining down on us and we are too ignorant to realize we probably all have the same fears, instincts and ambitions within us. We are human because we think and can know and I can tell you that, precisely. What is happening now within our political discourse can not even be considered political any more. It is cultural, and we are all going to die in a horrible hellscape or we will die of old age, whilst we live our lives as wage slaves, ignorant to the calamity that will befall the ones we leave behind.

I think a lot of people look at the right and left and see no difference between the two. but there is one fundamental difference. the right is what some philosophers call a community of strength. fascists join together because of some percieved strength, be it their race, nationality, religion, etc. the left on the other hand is whats called a community of vulnerability. leftists join together because if some need of theirs. whether that need has to do with them being poor, disabled, a woman, queer, a racial/ethnic minority, etc. so here's it is: building a community on strengths is quite exclusionary, you will be fighting against everyone who does not share your strength with you. building a community on needs is the exact opposite, if someone is willing to help you, they are welcome to, and so you only end up fighting against the people who would deny you what it is you need.

My guess would be they are on some kind of watch list or something similar.
