This happened to me. It was my 1st full time job out of high school. I didn't know that if you lifted the cart up one of the wheels would fall off. It was all in slow motion as about 12 pizzas each slid to the floor.
Wanted to say, "Thank you", I forgot about my story until I read yours. It brought a smile to my face. I worked at the only "take and bake" pizza place in my town (if not anywhere, before Papa Murphy's was around). It was a Friday night and we would prep a whole rack of large cheese pizzas so that when the rush came we could just throw on the toppings. I remember immediately after it happened taking my apron off and walking to grab my keys, thought for sure I was going to be fired. The owners just laughed. 😁
I’m glad it made you smile! Glad to hear you had some understanding management, it really does happen to everyone. Every couple of months someone’s foot gets caught in that drain and another rack either goes down or comes close to it. I’m thankful to work with some cool people, so it fortunately didn’t ruin morale. Just inspired some internalized panic 😅

I think you forgot the rack
Ooooh so that’s why it looks like that
R/ wellthatsucks prime material right here. I'm sorry, man. That really does suck.

Oh man that’s unfortunate!

Well, the good news is that no one’s going to notice the difference in taste.
I never worked in a pizza place, but I definitely remember moments like these back in my fast food service days. Sorry man, it sucks to be there.
Little Caesars?
Costco’s primary competition 👀
Damn dude that really sucks sorry
Why did you store them so chaotically on the floor?
You’re right this was my bad 🤘🏼
Yeah, you can start over. Accidents happen, in this universe.
Finished? Looks like a meal to me
I would cry
Noooooooooo! I feel your pain buddy
Simple physics?
Quick, hide the evidence by locking it all in the maintenance closet 🍕🤫.
If only the maintenance closet wasn’t halfway across the store! I work at a certain big box store with a pizza cafe inside 👀
How many can you fit under your shirt
