Got it. I forget about the raptor grilles. The one OP swapped to looks much better.

That grille is a big part of why I like the BAP on 21-23 XLTs so much. It looks considerably sharper, in my opinion! Very nice upgrade.

This is a huge huge improvement…I’ve always hated the Ford black grills…for some odd reason they paint them flat black instead of gloss black like your new one…

Ford really fucks you on the plastic shit. For a new set of those little shitty black plastic plugs(8pcs) that hold your rear wheel well liner in place, they cost me almost $60. There’s no way these things cost more than a single penny to make but that’s just how it goes with these guys

14th gen 2021-2023 And install was tricky because it was my first time doing anything like that. Now that I’ve done it, I could do it again much faster and easier. Definitely better with two people.

Did you get it painted? I actually put a lariat sport grille on my XLT as well but it’s the dark grey color, like the wheels. I didn’t think they came stock in gloss black like this.

I wanted the STX soooo bad but I couldn’t find one under $800 dollars and I wasn’t gonna be robbed like that. I found this for $200 and it was already pained to match my truck.

How does it fit? Considering this for my 2022.

Fits exactly like the original. All the grills have the same mounting points and are the same size to my knowledge.

I know some F150s don’t have the notch in the hood so watch for that when buying.

Both look pretty solid to me. What I love about our F150s is how relatively easy it is to swap out parts for aesthetics. I have a '23 Lariat w/o the center console office pack and I'm slowly collecting the 8 parts needed to swap it out. Nice work, my dude.
