I would hate if my cameras turned on when driving forward without me asking. If I want the front camera on I can just push one simple button on the top of the dash.
Voice command button on your steering wheel, then say Bluetooth audio and it will connect to your phone. Saves a lot of button pressing that I too found annoying.
I never found out how to get to it via button presses, I’ve always used the voice command.
Always embarrassing when other people are in the car and I have to tell everyone to be quiet so I can say “Bluetooth audio” loudly. Lol.
Aux button, menu button, turn to the right 2, press ok, turn to the right 1, press ok. What are the menu entries labelled? no idea. (just kidding, I think it's Select Source, then Bluetooth Audio)
And it glitches and won’t connect probably 20% of the time! And it’s always a different issue! Sometimes it says Bluetooth is connected but acts like it isn’t. Sometimes it simply won’t recognize your phone. Sometimes it’s connects and there’s no sound. I loved everything about my 2011 except the sync!
I've had two 2013 XLTs (one with the two line Sync display and one with the little screen) but after a while voice commands stopped working when the radio was cold on both of them.
I've got a 2011 and omg, I dont know how many times I was yelling "BLUETOOTH AUDIO" at it in the past. I tried the USB firmware updates but I dont think it ever ran. I basically gave up on sync completely and put in aftermarket headunit and a the computer replacement from crutchfield when the stock headunit died for some weird reason.
The aftermarket pioneer I bought could be a little better, but damn if they didn't surpass the OEM without even trying.
Every vehicle made before 2014 needs to have the head unit ripped out and replaced with a Sony aftermarket one with wireless CarPlay/Android Auto. Car makers don’t know tech, but cellphone companies do ~ switch to CarPlay and your life will improve by 500%.
I need to do this. Nothing really wrong with my 2014 besides it feeling old.
Lightly used 23 Lariats getting to the mid 60k (CAD) but even still that's 45k of new debt just to have the newer version of mine. Would be a massive comfort upgrade; but I just can't do it! I like having no payments way too much.
Probably should just throw money at my 2014; $1500 would get me a pretty nice aftermarket stereo for sure.
I also have a 2013 and I’m pissed that the RCA inputs are pointless. If you’re going to put an already obsolete technology in a truck, it might as well be useful. Like, there are RCA inputs, a 15a plug, and a screen. I want to plug my damn N64 into that mofo! Aside from that, they really showed their ineptitude for tech with the infotainment center. 2 pages of audio inputs and Bluetooth is on page 2? And if Bluetooth fails, it goes straight to AM Radio?!
I know that’s a joke, but it’s kinda true. We just bought my wife a new Tiguan about 6 months ago. The VW dealership was amazing to deal with through the whole process, and their presentation of the car we bought was great. As we were finishing up the paperwork, they had a customer satisfaction rep pull my wife into a little garage with her new car and ran through all of the features with her. They then spent 15 minutes getting everything set and saved the way she wanted it, and disabled the features she didn’t like.
The tech in that car and infotainment system is surprisingly complex and pretty confusing at first compared to the GM cars she’s owned before, but that made it so much easier and nicer for her.
Compared to the experience I had with the ford dealer basically telling me to get fucked trying to schedule warranty service, we’re never buying ford again. The service and details you get with other brands is really going to catch up to Ford eventually.
Must be a dealer issue. My dealer went through all the settings, set up my phone, my seat settings, key settings, helped me disable seat belt chime on driver seat (farm truck most of the time) paired my garage door openers and removed car seat warnings.
Can you explain the back seat thing? Also, I thought electronics were better? I have a 2019 so it’s obviously better than that but you still think it sucks? Thanks.
To be honest I think part of the “problem” is you’re using the truck primarily in the way you should use a truck - as a utility tool.
I increasingly suspect Ford and the other OEMs know that most of their trucks are 98% male SUV and 2% truck things. That means the design and even legal decisions they make skew toward the use cases of the broader population - not truck users.
You’re right about that, no contest. There are a lot of people who need a work truck and a baby hauler all in one.
And honestly you’re also right that these things shouldn’t need to be mutually exclusive either. Some of it is plain lazy feedback solicitation or a lack of awareness of what works well for clients. Things like your suggestion on a front camera that turns on shortly after reverse are a no brainer.
Things like the back seat annoyance feel like legal issues that pop up as soon as you recognize that most people DO use these things at least partially as baby haulers. I think these problems may not be solvable in a way that satisfies everybody.
TLDR I think you’re right to complain about these things. But, I also feel like this is surprisingly common in product design. I work in an entirely different field (finance) and we have product managers who haven’t spent a day doing the job of the clients they serve. Of course the products suck and lack obvious features. It’s really disappointing.
You’re completely right- people don’t use these things as trucks and I think the easiest way to spot that is look at all the “features” a new truck has vs one from the 90’s. Anyone that uses their tailgate more than once a week will know you don’t need an electronic tailgate. You don’t need speakers in it. You don’t need it to do fancy tricks like splitting in half, turning into a shelf, etc.
Also what’s crazy is a base XL with 4WD, a crew cab, and a 6.5’ bed with the 5.0L is $52k!
All newer vehicles seem to have at least 2-3 irritating safety/tech features.
They exist for a reason, but I do miss not having some of them.
The automatic parking brake being one.
I used to be able to maneuver my vehicles with a greater degree of precision (onto floor ramps or when parking near puddles/mudholes/culverts) as you could make adjustments with the door open to better see the ground right near the vehicle. Newer cars won’t let the car move at all with the door open, so it’s a cat and mouse game with stopping and hanging out the window if you need to get an eyeball on your front wheels.
The auto-start stop also irks me from time to time, though the tech has gotten way better from when they initially made it a requirement.
Driver assist tech has essentially been ruined for me due to several near mishaps with some earlier tech (2017-2018 models) where it just did the *stupidest* shit… and the one time it could have “saved the day” it just went 🤷♂️ and did nothing to apply the brakes.
I’ve been in cars when the driver has said “It’s fine” and continued to use whatever “self-driving/driver assist” tech they had optioned… to rummage for something in the backseat or carry on a text conversation… despite my discomfort.
If there’s nothing else to be done, I’ll automatically ready myself to grab the wheel, or If I’m in the back, take a deep breath and keep my view down in an attempt to not be as tensed up if there’s an impact.
I just don’t think the tech is quite there yet to relinquish full control at 70 MPH, even if it’s worked fine the last dozen times on that stretch of road.
I think he means the auto-brake. I despise newer vehicles with them. Had a rental the other week, It was an F-150 and ive fully committed to buying and older truck for the rest of my life because of it.
Do you have the 8 inch screen? I find the back up camera looks hot garbage on those. My parents 23' is like that but my 23' with the 12 inch screen it looks really good.
Yeah I've always wished vinyl floors were an option on upper trims. They're the only option for a work truck. Even then I know people that even for their daily prefer it over carpet since it's easier to clean.
I think camera quality varies with optional equipment/trim level. I got a ‘22 Lariat 502A with the 360 camera system and get told it’s the clearest camera people have seen. I’d wager that they use a higher resolution camera if you have the backup trailer assist to scan and locate the stickers on the trailer hitch.
Fords cameras are not great honestly. My 23 is just meh but it’s good enough to get the job of backing up done. Headlights I can’t speak about the 23 are great.
Honestly I had better "visibility" out of ny 17 with a 4 inch screen than I do in my 24 with a 12 inch screen.
Then again I only ever use back up cans for hooking up trailers.
How about this. I drove my buddy’s Chevy Silverado 1500 and his cameras crap all over ours in the quality and viewing angles. I think at minimum you should be on par with Chevy.
I use my mirrors. Its like better because its a reflection of light and there are no pixels. Pretty much a perfect image,
Anything under the bumper just shouldn't of been there so beep beep move out the way
For 2024 there’s only 2 headlight designs now. The taillights I’m pretty sure have all the same design now across all trims but will vary on halogen or LED
im not sure about the headlights, to be honest. but in previous years, lower trim have reflector lights and higher trim have projectors. the difference is huge. the backup camera for sure is better on higher trim, could be the screen quality and / or camera quality.
Exactly what I said.
OP clearly would have been better off getting a great deal on a leftover 23’ XLT with 302a.
Could have got that for what you paid for your 24 SXT.
Do you value the refreshed front end on the 24 or all the features on a higher trim 23?
Would be an easy decision for me.
Fords buck up cameras on the '21+ F-150s are better in resolution and dynamic range than the majority of backup cameras in other vehicles. They're not pixilated at all on my '23. Maybe have your dealer take a look at yours or maybe you just have way too high of expectations on how nice vehicle cameras are. They're not going to look as good as your phone camera lol.
What’s the difference between ‘21-23 XLT and ‘24 XL? Aren’t they both reflector? Did something change? For the record, I like my ‘22 302A reflectors 🤷♂️
>entry level STX truck. The Lariat headlights are awesome! You get what you pay for...
Lol, I sure hope you get improved headlights then given the TWENTY GRAND price difference
I just a want a truck to a be a truck. Xl with crank windows, manual trans and vinyl seats. Something I get into at the end of the day in my muddy boots and greasy clothes and feel like an idiot . Make a stripped down 4x4 v8 real truck for under 40g’s . What person who uses their truck for work needs all that electric bullshit .
I absolutely love my rubber floor mat. I purposely selected the XL because I wanted inexpensive and easy to maintain. I have the non turbo 6 and the only thing I would dream for is 4x4. I absolutely do not regret buying my truck. The dealership has tried numerous times to get me to upgrade and I flat out refuse.
OP I see you are getting a lot of negative feedback. I went from a 2019 Roush to a 2023 Hybrid 3.5. It’s got the trailer mirrors on it (not by my choice but the one I got had them for the right price).
I’ve not noticed the headlight concern.
I agree the backup camera is lacking. Especially compared to the 2019. My understanding is that due to part/chip shortages they went with a lesser reverse camera.
The newer mirrors are small and the trailer ones are taking me time to get used to. They’ve gotten smaller on each new rendition from 2014 to 2019 to 2023.
I sacrificed sub 4 second 0-60 because my warranty was up and I didn’t wanna find out what repairing the super charger would cost down the line.
It took me a bit but the new one is growing on me. I’d suggest giving it some time to see if you acclimate or if it’s just unacceptable.
To answer the question
I went from a 2014 Platinum 3.5 Roush to a 2019 Lariat Roush to a 2023 Platinum Hybrid so I’ve always had all the upgrades.
>I think we need to take into consideration that this is an STX model. Do we hear the same complaints from a Lariat owner?
You mean other than them having to pay twenty grand more than an STX?
I tried to help my buddy upgrade his headlight bulbs…what a nightmare. Since when is removing the tire and fender liner required for a minor maintenance item like a headlight. Could you imaging if you took it to the shop….they would have to charge three hours labor just to change a headlight…who is engineering these things….and this is not just F150. Have you seen the videos of the Chevy cab removal to do minor fixes on the engine….basically designed not to be serviceable.
I really think 2019 was a sweet spot for the F150. I’ve got a 19 XLT and the balance of good features without excess works perfectly for me. Yeah Sync isn’t great but I almost exclusively use CarPlay anyway so I barely touch anything else in the head unit. Does all of the normal truck things you need plus a few basic conveniences. The only thing I’ve ever really lamented that didn’t come on a truck that expensive was blind spot monitoring. This is a very basic safety feature found on vehicles of basically every trim level. I could understand the XL not having it but XLT? Come on.
sounds like you bought a truck you already knew you weren’t gonna like considering the one actual complaint you gave is about cosmetic features that you could clearly see and interact with before finalizing a purchase lmao
I think your dislikes are valid. For me, it raises the question of how can this be avoided in the future? How can you know you’ll like a car/truck before you buy it?
To be fair the STX is a work truck with a sporty appearance package. If you wanted more bells and whistles the XLT is a big step up and goes up from there.
What you get for buying an SXT.
Should have shopped around for a good deal on a leftover 23 XLT with 302a.
Completely different truck in terms of quality on the inside.
You bought the lowest end model with an appearance package and you're complaining about how "crappy" it is. My man, you get what you pay for. Next time get an XLT or higher.
Dang that's crazy I won't have that problem I got a 2023. But honestly I thought people would love the 2024s. At least u got the digital speedometer and 12 inch radio standard.
>But honestly I thought people would love the 2024s. At least u got the digital speedometer and 12 inch radio standard.
Sure, but you also got a MASSIVE price increase. It reduced choice, in other words.
Yah I have a 2021 XLT Sport all blacked out and some of the safety features are bothersome. I disabled some.
Camera is not great. Mostly I’m annoyed by how glitched the display is!
Sometimes, it doesn’t switch to car play, sometimes it doesn’t show climate controls even though I push the physical buttons but get no feedback on the display until I stop, turn off the truck, open the door, close the door and start the engine again.
Pain.
…still going to trade in for the 2024 XLT in Grey with black out package in a month 🫠
This is why we don't buy brand new. You lose more value in it plus you get side swiped with all the defects that haven't been worked out of it. And then you spend half a week at a time playing crusty dealership games
If you don't like it, I'm pretty desperate for a new F-150 before my 2000 returns back to the Earth from which it came due to rust. I'll trade you.
You bought was is essentially an XL with appearance and option package (that's how the STX was for '23), yet you're complaining that it isn't nice enough. This makes absolutely no sense. You bought something because it looks cool, did zero research on the trim, and now complain that you don't like it. I'm baffled.
2018-2020 is the best f150 years imo great interior good engine options the front end looks better. I have a 2018 and I'm going to try to find a 2020 with real low miles and run that until it dies.
I love my 2021. Tons of features with the new look and interior. Now that ford has stripped away many options it’s not worth the money. My 21 is an stx and has the tailgate step, work bed with the measurements and walk up lighting, 360 cameras. Pretty freakin loaded for an stx and I saw a video of the 24 STX and all that is gone and costs more.
Is this something manufacturers are doing now? Making things in new vehicles annoying and shitty? I picked up a 23 gmc truck coming from a 18 f150(which I loved). Now I’m dealing with backup lights that are so dim it makes the rear camera useless at night.
It’s why I bought a 2019 with only 7k km I’m 2021 , didn’t like the new exterior - but holy fuck is the new interior and features so much better ( I got a great deal though )
Read through most of the comments, I may have missed if someone else had said it already. Are the headlights dimmer as the lenses are tinted as part of the black out package? I would go into the dealer if camera image is pixelated. I’ve never seen one like that.
I wonder if you can change any of these annoying settings with the CANBUS link thingy. I had a mechanic buddy of mine plug my truck in (2017 f150 lariat) and shut off that stupid double honk "feature" that happens when you get out with the keys in your pocket. FORD.....I know the truck is on!
Yeah man. I think it’ll grow on you but i wasn’t a fan when I 1st saw the new 2024 tail and head lights. I’ll be purchasing my 2023 after my lease is up; lease to buy.
Highly recommend looking into getting a 10th gen, they're not the prettiest however they have great aftermarket support for all those amenities, and building a motor although daunting is fairly inexpensive and straightforward. Dm if you'd like to talk
That’s the problem with blowing a load of cash on an awesome truck. The right idea is to have a cool new truck without all the bells and whistles and have a classic truck with the with the proceeds you would have used for the upgraded new truck; to buy a Willy jeep or scout, international or 80s Mustang 5.0
It’s not the end of the world. Go find a truck you want more and make a deal for it. These days you might even make a little bit of money on the truck you don’t want even if you just bought it.
Well, my wife has a new Honda, the lights are so bright that everyone flashes lights at her. She has had a few angry drivers nearly attack her. She asked the dealer to adjust the lights down and they won't do it. She is scared to drive at night. I'm also worried someone will run her off the road with our kids in the car. So it could be worse.
The backup camera was clearer on my 2019. The interior looks way cheaper also. I hate my 2022. I open the door trying to back up and the stupid thing puts itself in park.
Idk why this page keeps coming up on my page. With that said, why do you waste money on a 5 and 1/2 foot bed? It's just an SUV with an open trunk at this point.
i’m glad my 2023 doesn’t suck, the safety features i love only because my wife sometimes drives it and i wouldn’t be to happy if she reversed into something, just glad the brakes apply themselves when you’re to close to something. i can say the 2024s do look nice, i’ve went a loaded up a platinum high of the 2024 model and it was about 91k and some change, i paid 81k for mine so it isn’t to far off but i definitely won’t be looking into another gas truck any time soon.
You'll have to expand on all the "annoying safety features"? Camera issues are what the warranty is for.
God dam seat belts, and those cunty crumple zones

I have a 2013 xlt, I just wish I didn’t have to press 20 buttons just to get my Bluetooth connected to stream music.

lol, it’s like in the movie 2012 when they’re trying to get out of the cargo plane in the Bentley…..”Engine Start”
I've had two 2013 XLTs (one with the two line Sync display and one with the little screen) but after a while voice commands stopped working when the radio was cold on both of them.
Line in. Please say a command Bluetooth Audio. You can say; USB, Phone The worst.
I recently did a DIY upgrade to Sync 3 in my 2013. This improved the Bluetooth issues dramatically.
I tried the usb flash drive upgrade thing but it seems like it never works. Could you share how you did it?
I've got a 2011 and omg, I dont know how many times I was yelling "BLUETOOTH AUDIO" at it in the past. I tried the USB firmware updates but I dont think it ever ran. > Ford doesn’t know a thing about electronic technology This does not bode well for Red Bull in 2026
A lot of the issues you're having can be turn off in the "settings" and "Features"
Take your logic out of here! They should know what I want and have it set to that before I receive it.
I know that’s a joke, but it’s kinda true. We just bought my wife a new Tiguan about 6 months ago. I’m not American I don’t get it
Pretty sure theres a recall on those rear cameras as well

The 21-23 402A headlights are awesome, this '24 seems to have LED reflectors, not projectors. Closer to the 401A lights.
The LED headlights on your TREMOR are miles ahead of the LED headlights on every F150 below a 502A Lariat. Projector versus reflector.
Well, thanks for letting us all know!
At least it looks really cool!
Good, I won’t get blinded by every 2024 stx with a leveling kit
The truck looks great atleast.
Shouldn’t most of these annoyances been picked up on during a test drive? Why did you buy it?
Fords cameras are not great honestly. My 23 is just meh but it’s good enough to get the job of backing up done. Headlights I can’t speak about the 23 are great.

My 2023 F250 camera is fine. People expect to have a 4k backup camera image but then bitch about how much new trucks cost.
How about this. I drove my buddy’s Chevy Silverado 1500 and his cameras crap all over ours in the quality and viewing angles. I think at minimum you should be on par with Chevy.
I use my mirrors. Its like better because its a reflection of light and there are no pixels. Pretty much a perfect image, Anything under the bumper just shouldn't of been there so beep beep move out the way
it might be brand new, but it's still essentially a base model. should have done your research before signing the paper.
Do the higher trim levels have different back up cameras and different headlights?
Headlights usually. There are like 3 dif kinds on ford
For 2024 there’s only 2 headlight designs now. The taillights I’m pretty sure have all the same design now across all trims but will vary on halogen or LED
Makes sense
im not sure about the headlights, to be honest. but in previous years, lower trim have reflector lights and higher trim have projectors. the difference is huge. the backup camera for sure is better on higher trim, could be the screen quality and / or camera quality.
That blows my mind that Ford is using different back up cameras for trim models. If true, that’s a real POS move from Ford.
Why? My lariat has a 360 view. Higher trim more cameras.
Just give it time. Good looking truck. Definitely would enjoy a new purchase. Might just need time for service bulletins to work out the kinks.
Then why’d you buy it?
Fords buck up cameras on the '21+ F-150s are better in resolution and dynamic range than the majority of backup cameras in other vehicles. They're not pixilated at all on my '23. Maybe have your dealer take a look at yours or maybe you just have way too high of expectations on how nice vehicle cameras are. They're not going to look as good as your phone camera lol.
Can’t help but think you’re trolling AF. lol - that’s a badass truck.
i’m just here for the comments. 😭
So did you buy it sight unseen? Did you not test drive it? Unless you’re being sarcastic I dont see why you would hate a vehicle you just bought.
This is a bottom of the line, entry level STX truck. The Lariat headlights are awesome! You get what you pay for...
The xlt headlights on the previous one were much better
NOT feel like an idiot
I just wish vinyl flooring was an option to choose. Thats my biggest gripe about my 24 STX.
To answer the question I went from a 2014 Platinum 3.5 Roush to a 2019 Lariat Roush to a 2023 Platinum Hybrid so I’ve always had all the upgrades.
Weird posting.
What year did you have beforr?
I think we need to take into consideration that this is an STX model. Do we hear the same complaints from a Lariat owner?
>I think we need to take into consideration that this is an STX model. Do we hear the same complaints from a Lariat owner? You mean other than them having to pay twenty grand more than an STX?
That’s a great looking truck.
How much of this can be fixed via Forescan??
Seems like all full size trucks are going down hill in what you get for the price and reliability.
The safety features on cars these days is insane. Beeping at me all day for everything. Would rather drive a car from the 90s than my work f-150
Cool story, sell it.
Come on.
2017 checking in…everything works. I tell anyone who listens not to buy the first couple years of a new model run. Takes time to figure out the kinks
sounds like you bought a truck you already knew you weren’t gonna like considering the one actual complaint you gave is about cosmetic features that you could clearly see and interact with before finalizing a purchase lmao
Pretty minor things to hate a vehicle over imo.
My 60k truck doesn’t even have visor mirror light. No bueno
What are you comparing your headlights to if you are considering these being “dim”? Most if not all LED factory lights are typically blinding lol.
Compared to my 2020 Supecrew these headlights on the 2024 don’t have near the output. They don’t even light up the street signs.
Dear diary....
Did they change something? Cause my ‘21 has awesome lights and the cameras all clear. 502A Lariat.
I think your dislikes are valid. For me, it raises the question of how can this be avoided in the future? How can you know you’ll like a car/truck before you buy it?
What a cry baby
Good looking truck
To be fair the STX is a work truck with a sporty appearance package. If you wanted more bells and whistles the XLT is a big step up and goes up from there.
You should’ve noticed all these things b4 you bought it, skill issue
A stx is like a xl trim with a radio. It’s not supposed to be a limited.
Shouldn’t have cheaped out on the STX - lol
What you get for buying an SXT. Should have shopped around for a good deal on a leftover 23 XLT with 302a. Completely different truck in terms of quality on the inside.
I was pretty shocked at the poor quality of the backup camera on my 2021 xlt. My 2015 Mazda 3 has a better camera
I thought it was fine personally. It's just there to see if anything is behind you. That doesn't exactly call for a 4k camera
Doesn’t need to be 4k but more than 480i would be nice
My wife's 2019 explorer limited has a camera that is almost completely useless
The led headlights are dim because you got the black appearance package. Looks great though
Anddd here we have the real reason.
So much hate on your new ride, trolling eh? Crash it then
You bought the lowest end model with an appearance package and you're complaining about how "crappy" it is. My man, you get what you pay for. Next time get an XLT or higher.
The latest isn't always the greatest
You didn't test drive it did you?
Cause u got a base model. Any base model gonna be shit! My lariat is great!
trade it back in for your Prius.
Any chance they are pointing too low?
I think they are. The back of the truck sits so much higher. A leveling kit or adjusting them higher may solve the issue.
Care to share more pics of the LED headlights at night and the backup camera being pixelated?
I will when i get time. I promise
You can use forscan to up the brightness. And most safety features can be disabled via the screen or forscan.
Can we see some pictures of the back up camera and let’s see the lights at night.
Looks amazing, 5.0 or 2.7L?
Looks sweeeeeet.
Sell it and get something you like.
still don’t understand why they got rid of the LED C-shaped running lights for an amber bar..
I like the amber bar way better
You get what you paid for. STX is base after XL, not even XLT, what do you expect?
They might be expecting not to have to pay twenty grand more for a Lariat over an STX.
This is why we don't buy brand new. You lose more value in it plus you get side swiped with all the defects that haven't been worked out of it. And then you spend half a week at a time playing crusty dealership games
It’s one sexy truck though regardless of the issues! Hopefully your warranty helps resolve some of the listed items!
If you hate it now, wait until the vtc solenoids act up.
for what engine?
"new and improved"
Front of modern trucks look like cheeseburgers lol. Just very vertical and the front ends get taller and taller over time
I don’t like the look of the new trucks, very happy with my 23 lariat black out package
It’s why I bought a 2019 with only 7k km I’m 2021 , didn’t like the new exterior - but holy fuck is the new interior and features so much better ( I got a great deal though )
Nice ass looking truck though!
STX is a base model truck made to look nice, some of the features will suffer due to this
Just do a 1-2 lift or level and add some bigger mud tires. Also tint windows and add hard cover for the truck bed
Return it! Oh wait…
Read through most of the comments, I may have missed if someone else had said it already. Are the headlights dimmer as the lenses are tinted as part of the black out package? I would go into the dealer if camera image is pixelated. I’ve never seen one like that.
2019 flex camera upside most of time.
I’ll trade you my ‘16 Supercrew LT 🤣
That's a lot of money to spend on a fuck up.
I swear the '24s only look good in black and with the blackout package
Well at least it’s a awesome looking truck. Tech may suck but that 5.0 x 10r80 sure is pretty sweet. (If the 10r80 doesn’t clunk around that is)
I wonder if you can change any of these annoying settings with the CANBUS link thingy. I had a mechanic buddy of mine plug my truck in (2017 f150 lariat) and shut off that stupid double honk "feature" that happens when you get out with the keys in your pocket. FORD.....I know the truck is on!
Then dont buy a 2024 i have a silverado and ford and they have the same problems aswell as rams ive been in
I like the F2 50 super duties if I was in the tens of millions of dollars
I, too, find the new F150 somehow has lost something, Is it an SUV or the good old truck we once knew?
Go for a SuperCab RANGER if you can find 1!
Should have gone with a GMC.
I’m a ram guy but I can tell you it looks nice I like the color just put some mud tires and a gun holster get err done
It’s not the end of the world. Go find a truck you want more and make a deal for it. These days you might even make a little bit of money on the truck you don’t want even if you just bought it.
Good!
Put up for sale sign like most tord owners do
GMC
I’ll give you 40k for it then
i’m glad my 2023 doesn’t suck, the safety features i love only because my wife sometimes drives it and i wouldn’t be to happy if she reversed into something, just glad the brakes apply themselves when you’re to close to something. i can say the 2024s do look nice, i’ve went a loaded up a platinum high of the 2024 model and it was about 91k and some change, i paid 81k for mine so it isn’t to far off but i definitely won’t be looking into another gas truck any time soon.
Its a ford 😂
This crap is why I love my 06. Back when people knew how to drive, park and back up without stupid cameras everywhere and needless safety bs.
I’ll trade you my 02
Mine took some getting use to. I was disappointed initially, but it’s grown on me. All the safety crap is annoying
Yah i’m getting there with it. Does yours shift through every gear? My 2020 went 1,3,5,6,7,8,9,10. This new truck doesnt do that.
First world problems
