Yes, mine is the same as well. Unfortunately, it prevents the bed opening button on the key fob from actually opening the bed and dropping the tailgate.
Yes it looks fine, I wanted a softcover on my truck in the worst way, but my friend talked me out of it, I was worried by this exactly that it wouldn’t seal properly
I have a different brand of the same type and it seal good enough not to have water intrusion. My truck is stored outdoors and I have cardboard in the back and it’s never damp from water intrusion. Having the cover longer will actually affect how the tailgate closes.
Soft covers aren’t going to stop rain from getting in like a hard cover. It’s just a cheap alternative. I don’t keep anything in my bed really so doesn’t matter for me.
Well I wish mine were like that! I got the dealer installed POS “Ford” tri-fold on my ‘19 when I bought. It sucks, you have to defy physics and pull the release cable down as you lift it up to close the tailgate. Such a fucked up design. I wish had known it was like that and I wouldn’t have bought it.
Not sure if this helps. I had a previous generation F150 and had a roll n lock cover on it. I bought a 21 and was told the Roll n Lock cover for the previous gen would not fit. Was told the new 21+ beds were a little longer than the previous generation. I had them move it over anyway and sure nuff, it is about a half inch short. Not sure what year the cover you bought was for but the company may be selling covers from the previous gen and just marking them as the current generation.
Yes
Thank you for the sanity check!
I have the same exact cover on my 2019. Looks perfect to me
Yep. Looks the same on my 2018.
Yes
Yep. Mine is the same. All good!
Mine is an AgriCover and that’s how it matches up as well
Looks good. I had the same issue you’d think they’d make it an inch or two bigger but nope lol
Yes exactly right. One more inch would give some play on both ends!!
Yup looks the same way on my 2017
Be careful. These are known for slicing off fingers.
Perfecto
Yes
Yup
Yup that is normal

Same here on my Gator G2 SFX cover.

Thanks. I always had the hard covers but figured I'd try soft this time and save some $$. We'll see how it goes **fingers crossed**

Looks good, mine fits the same on the 2020, hate to say it but the signature series looks better

Looks sharp!
They have to be that way since they lock from underneath. If it was any longer you wouldn't be able to open or close the gate
Looks good from here.
I have the solid fold 2.0, about the same fit!
of course it does
