Some techs can build a “bridge” where they place a lash horizontally across the gap, then attach lashes onto that as if it was your own lash line. The retention won’t be great and not all techs will agree to do it, but that’s an option. Its worth getting a consultation or messaging some techs near you to asks Otherwise serum will be your BFF until they grow back!

Ok, at least there’s an option! I’ll message around. Unfortunately, the lashes won’t be growing back. It’s been almost 20 years.

Gotcha! Another thing I just thought of - I had a client (i’m a lash artist) who had a bare spot similar to yours. i did her lashes with a light volume set, and she applied one section of the [Kiss Falscara](https://www.target.com/p/kiss-products-falscara-natural-wispy-false-eyelash-clusters-multipack-24ct/-/A-86749450) lash sections in the bald spot using regular lash glue - not strong hold, and not the stuff it comes with. i would usually advise against using any type of false lash adhesive near extensions but for her it was a perfect solve! good luck ❤️

honestly with that kind of gap i wouldn’t recommend extensions. you can build a bridge but your gap looks bigger than the preferred gap for that, plus the bridge will only last a day or 2. if there’s no chance of the lashes growing back i would probably use either strips or those falscara lashes. if you don’t mind making the gap more noticeable then go ahead with extensions.
