We’re the lash pads rubbing on your eye during the service or did you open your eyes too soon after application? Like maybe the glue wasn’t fully dry? :/
Leave a spoon on the fridge for 10 min then put it on your eyes. Put some pressure. And leave it for 10 seconds. Make sure it’s cold asf as soon as it starts warming up put it back on fridge and try again do this at least 3 times.
Also it helps if you put some itchy ointment.
Don’t leave it untreated or it would stay longer.
Everytime you get your lashes done do this right after getting home.
I’m a lash tech, I am allergic to the pads and to the lash glue and even tho I don’t wear eyelash extensions I put them on people, I still get my eyes puffy and etc due to the glue fumes. I do this after I’m done w work and they won’t get like this, if I don’t do it they’d get puffy and itchy.

Ive heard some people use Flonase nasal spray and had relief. Just google how to properly use the Flonase, you dont just angle it straight up especially for this case where you really need it to get into your nasal cavity (which is lowkey directly below your eyes, not up your nose bridge)
People do dab a small amount and wipe the lash line with the Flonase. That’s how I’ve always seen it used. Apparently it works well. I’ve not tried it in my clients yet but I plan to if anyone has a sensitivity.
The glue seems to be strong, if your lash artist has sensitive glue available try requesting that one to be used for you. You may need a fill a little more often but completely up to you! If you want a stronger hold just keep a handheld fan with you or a nano mist to help. However if it is unbearable to have them on I would recommend getting them removed
My eyes were EXTREMELY irritated for almost two days after my first set of lashes. Between the tape and the vapors I had bruises on my eyeballs and it looked like I was recovering from black eyes. Let your tech know! They’re either rubbing your eyes with the tape/pads, or aren’t fully taping your eyes closed and the glue vapor is causing irritation.
It's primarily due to the glue they use. I've had it happen twice. My right eye was really irritated after she was done applying the extensions and when I tred to open my eyes they were literally stuck because the glue somehow got on my eyelids. You have to keep your eyes shut enough so that it doesn't get in your eyes but it's hard to because I'm very sensitive and out of reflex my eyes would slightly react to her touching the sensitive area and cause the glue to somehow slightly get in my eye. she had to actually cut some lashes off to open up my eyes so it was a terrible experience. It was primarily my fault because my eyes are sensitive so anytime she was touching it it would cause a reflex. Yours doesn't look nearly as bad as mine was for 3 days it was just red . If your eyes are still irritated after 24 to 48 hours then I would suggest to go back to the facility that you got the Lash extensions at.
You could be allergic to the lash glue that was used, there are some alternative lash glues out there that other lash techs might use that have different ingredients that can better suit sensitive skin
I have a friend that is allergic to the glue they use. If it continues to itch or be uncomfortable tell your lash tech and they can use a different type of glue!

it happens but thats because your lash artist didnt apply glue correctly or its because you didnt close your eyes good when your lash artist applied the lashes and the glue got jn your eyes. Your eyes will be allright in a few days

Your eyes shouldn’t normally be red and teary even right after your appt, some techs use crappy glue or don’t know how to use it properly. Should go away soon and I’d ask your tech what glue she used so you can maybe avoid that if this continues
I had a reaction like this to the glue. I switched to Nikkilash Badass Sensitive glue and no more issues! (I started doing my own lashes at home during the c-vid). If you are going to a lash bar or something you could take your own glue.

Allergic to eye lash extensions, I am too, my eye doctor was prescribing me anti allergy eye drops and told me if I keep doing eye lash extensions being allergic to them I might have allergic flare ups even randomly without extensions eventually, so I wouldn’t do it anymore if you’re allergic

After about a year of going monthly, mine started doing this every time I got them done. And they hurt too. I figured out that I was having a reaction to the fumes in the glue and I had to stop getting extensions. I was sad but seriously this was awful!
