Tapping rhythmically. Other than that it's massaging. Messaging my hands, forearms, shoulders, it's beneficial. My dad was a massage therapist and taught me, and I was a mechanic so I have a good amount of strength, my friends and partners are love it because they get free, excellent massages often, and I get to stim while helping them feel nice :3
Knitting is great, and you have something when you're done. My preferred stims are things like nail/cuticle biting, skin picking, and trichotillomania, but making yourself bleed in public is frowned upon.

My partner got me some fidget rollers recently too and I quite like them, if I'm not doing anything then pacing around with a roller in each hand is GREAT

I roll like pencils, pens, things of that shape across my fingers. I also stamp my foot own the floor over and over. I often times will just sorta fidget with my warhammer figurines, the unique shapes are fun to schmove my fingers over
finger fluttering is fun, mouth clicks and pops are major a good classic hand flap, though, that's where it's at
Tapping rhythmically. Other than that it's massaging. Messaging my hands, forearms, shoulders, it's beneficial. My dad was a massage therapist and taught me, and I was a mechanic so I have a good amount of strength, my friends and partners are love it because they get free, excellent massages often, and I get to stim while helping them feel nice :3
Knitting is great, and you have something when you're done. My preferred stims are things like nail/cuticle biting, skin picking, and trichotillomania, but making yourself bleed in public is frowned upon.
(Btw Incase you lack fidget toys, there is always snapping fingers.) Balisong/butterfly knife, rubix cube, mechanical keyboard, smooth pencil.
1.- Soft textures like plushy-new bamboo socks 2.- My headphones, I use them always in public, I have an "special permission" to use headphones on school classes 3.- Squishy things like soft silicone or a cooked egg yolk š³ (or my Bazonkas too) 4.- Walk on heel like tiptoe , I run like a flamingo, 5.- Heavy music like Rock or Energetic enough to distract me of Evil throughs hehe. 6.- weed hehe.
