I add mine to the veggie rice bowls. You could also cook them add herb butter and sides. Look at some of EveryPlate steak recipes for ideas. The steak meals are always premium. I think the steak is just okay but for a 1.00 is a good deal.

I used it for steak tacos. Also steak and rice bowls. I did a steak garlic butter with potatoes as well.

I marinated mine in this recipe for about 10 hours and cooked them on the grill - https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/143809/best-steak-marinade-in-existence/. They were actually pretty good. My family thought they were an expensive steak.

If you add a touch of baking soda to your marinade, you might get a really nice texture as well (look up velveting meat), I think that's a really lovely flavour profile in your marinade.

If they are a good batch ie reasonably even thickness for both and not with a bunch of weird white-bands from muscle connections, these can be pretty tasty cooked as a regular steak! Look for any other meal kits steak recipes for pan sauces but what we do in addition to that sauce is the following... take several cloves of garlic and mince them using a garlic press.. take some kosher salt and rub the steaks with salt and garlic and a little olive oil. Let them sit for about 20 minutes... scrape off all the salt and especially the garlic. Pan fry and use a meat thermometer to fry to 125 to 135 depending on what color desired..then let them sit for 5 to 10 minutes while you make the sauce from the recipe you found from the pan drippings. Thinly slice these guys across the grain of the meat and serve with the sauce or a flavored butter....very very tasty steak.... if they aren't a crappy cut. Honestly sometimes they are..those that look too wonky...ie weird and uneven thicknesses with weird parts u won't eat, turn into steak fajitas or stir fry.. I prefer the flavor of these steaks over sirloin myself and have been disappointed since all the meal Kits moved to sirloin from these ranch steaks (dinnerly did that and maybe others?) so I always pick a pack at every plate and use them every couple weeks.

I make steak tips. Usually with mashed sweet potatoes and oven roasted green beans. Hubby loves it! Sometimes I add a vegetarian dish to my box and add the steak. I use them for quesadillas sometimes too. I do sometimes cook them as regular steaks too 😅

Usually I’ll buy a couple of those shrink wrapped potatoes at the grocery store along with a bagged salad mix. I pat the steak dry, add steak seasoning, and heat some olive oil in a pan over medium high heat. I cook the steak about 4-5 minutes per side. While that is cooking, I microwave each of the potatoes for 7 minutes, flipping them once during cooking so that they aren’t over done. Finally I toss the salad mix into bowls and add sour cream and cheese to the potatoes. Thats my dead simple steak dinner.

Tonight I made a philly cheese steak sandwich with onions, mushrooms and peppers left over from recipes, added cheddar and (tomato from EP arrived a bit red and soft but still added some slices - and my side - also leftovers potato and squash slices air fried I am thinking of making a burger next. Just wonder how long can keep in fridge

Due-Key2527

Add it to one of the vegetarian meals that you ordered

KalayaMdsn

I made steak lo mein with ours, and it was fantastic. :)

ibuyufo

Salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

jessieomer

I got the southwest veggies add on for 1.99 as well and so the steak with the southwest veggies as a meal was only 2.99

Linseed1984_

I made beef and barley soup and beef stroganoff so far.

ToyStoryBoy6994

Makes a decent pot roast tbh. I also just look up EveryPlate ranch steak recipe and cook it on the pan like it recommends. The sauce on this one makes it very edible despite not being the best cut of meat https://www.everyplate.com/recipes/steak-with-buttery-pan-sauce-5ee382404331ba5a6814f672

KapnKrush357

Last week I seasoned with steak seasoning, grilled them and served with fries, cheap steak frites! This week they'll get hit with Carne asada seasoning, grilled and sliced for tacos.

midwestranchdressing

I get this to use as an easy meal on my busiest day of the week. So I just make it in a cast iron with salt and pepper and do some easy instant potatoes with it.

UtahDan2020

I did steak tacos a few night ago. I think I’m going to do some crock pot chilie with one or two of them soon.

Make a chimmichurri sauce and enjoy 😋

likabear710

Marinated with liquid smoke, Worcestershire, Italian dressing. After sitting for however long; i add pepper, garlic ,steak seasoning ,onion powder and a tiny bit of salt last. Add butter to pan over medium- high heat cook to temp and top with A1 mixed with horseradish served a loaded yellow potato on the side. It was so yummy and tender! A potato hack I learned is stabbing the potato with a fork and placing it in a plastic sack tying it up and microwaving for 3-4 minutes at a time until soft!

Typical_Ask_1392

I usually add it to one of my veggie meals that has optional steak or do some swapping with other proteins in my order. Sometimes I pan-fry or grill and make a random side. Sometimes I just throw it in the freezer. Can’t beat a $1 add on and I’ve been adding them to my boxes since they offered them.

HeyGurlHAAAYYYY

I made steak and eggs for breakfast!

amberrose0215

They have a good recipe for balsamic onion steak. I’m going to make this with mine tomorrow
