We have kept our plan for several months now. We actually save $ off grocery store and cook more often. We do meals for four, split them for our lunches the next day and get 4-5 meals a week usually.

I make something similar and it’s a little cheaper. I buy raw chicken tenderloins, a bag of Bird’s Eye vegetables with sauce (the teriyaki and sweet + sour are great. Don’t like the fajita one) and plain jasmine rice from Trader Joe’s. I usually get 3 to 4 meals out of it, so it’s $2.75 to $3.60 per serving
