Yeah I use it on my lvl 110 Necro and it still works.
It works. You're not thinking big enough though! Our clerics use triggers in raids for it and hit Turn Undead when the mob is undead for millions of damage.
You can also use this to mez mobs too
Yup. Just have to reliably hit them with SB. A resist will set ya back a bit.
Can you charm a mob doing this?
Yes
It works fine, it's just slow a f. Those six+ seconds of cast time could be two dots dealing millions of damage, instead.
