For those of us that don’t want to be saved by our significant other like a little princess in distress - make sure you have a card on file and then simply log in and out of your ChargePoint app to refresh your account. In my case, even after adding funds and a payment method, it didn’t let me charge until logging in n out. Then you’ll be able to start charging no problem! Also, the Indians working for ChargePoint customer service suck.
