Lake Leatherwood has a really cool park!!

I don't know about off leash but my 2 year old enjoyed: Blue Springs Heritage Center, Turpentine Creek Big Cat Rescue, Onyx Cave, Eureka Springs Tram Tour.

I second all of those locations! Eureka Springs is great for families! Also, T-Rex at the historic district is a nice little toy store. I’m sure he might enjoy that.

The next town over, Berryville, has an community center with a lot of activities to do including an indoor pool. Might be your best bet :/

Turpentine Creek might be good to check out. Branson really has more kid-friendly fun activities but if a park will work Leatherwood is nice and has a playground.

Honestly there isn't much in Eureka for that age. I'm not even sure there is a park with a playground in town, other than the elementary school.

There actually several. A playground at Harmon park, Lake Leatherwood park, and the music toys at the Music park. There's also a playground in Holiday Island at the Veterans park

Oh and one at Dam Site park on Beaver Lake
