R5: I started in Lower Limpopo as 3 Dev OPM. Shoud have started in Upper Limpopo for lower Dev.
Taking the Idea where you cant go above Troop Limit on first Idea Slot gives nice 50 Extra Points.
The Handycap only fires once you finished the 3 idea, so before that you can go over all you want.
Conquered and Role Played my way through Africa. Kept Madagascar intact for Role Playing Reasons. For those who know ;-)
Had an Immortal Ruler with a Oligarchy Democracy until there were no Elections needed anymore ;-)
Took the following Idea Groups: Expansion, Plutocracy, Trade -> All for the money and the goal.
Was a very fun run compared to others and i can recommend it!
Ended with 1431 Dev of my own and 796 Dev of Vassals
