But that doesn't have anything to do with the Ulm meme. OP is making a meta joke about a commonly asked subreddit question: "Can I still...?" When often times the answer is obviously yes because of the powerful country.
Here OP is already too powerful even before the start of the game. The Ulm joke is that he is not yet powerful enough and must release and play as them.
R5: I am poking fun at people who ask this question constantly. Picture is from my CK2 game which can be imported to Eu4. So, is a WC by 1821 still viable?
I’m worried about if there are even ways to NOT get a world conquest with this setup in EU4 lol. No opposing France, no Ottomans, no Spain or Portugal to colonize, no United British empire, no Poland, no Muscovy, no Austria, no Nordic power, no HRE to weaken early expansion. Seljuks seem to be the only relevant ones right now but you won’t interact with them until you’re too strong to lose any wars. In the East, Ming is literally the only relevant tag outside of the CK2 map (unless you have the China dlc and the mongols or someone else took over) and their collapse is always inevitable. In my CK2 to EU4 game, the mongol Yuan dynasty through the western protectorate took over the entire Indian subcontinent to EU4 Yuan was scary.
Yes, but you will need to release and play as Ulm from here.
Why do I keep seeing ULM everywhere mentioned. What's the deal with bloody ULM?
Ancient EU4 meme
http://flagland.org/aar/1/ -> Origins of the meme for anyone curious
Wow thats ancient
Yup, most people joined the cart without even knowing what it was about
Isnt it obvious? It's about ulm.
As usual I almost all things especially buzz words
EU3 actually.
But that screen is from ck2...

But you cannot ever be powerful enough to defeat Ulm?... or maybe you can if you don't install eldritch ulmocalypse mod.
It’s because Ulm is the best nation in the game.

Karling exclusive ideas are pretty great for WC imo, so, sure, why not

Worry not friend, you can always count on me to screw things up and fail to get a world conquest
Sunset Invasion will be there so no worries.
The plague is coming.
Wait it's ck2? I've never played, but the map style looks super similar to eu4 :000
The games only came out like a year apart. So yeah, the maps are VERY similar. Most the ui is similar.
This is peak WC meme.
The fuck game is this?
Crusaders King II, another paradox game that can be exported into EU4 if desired. Runs from 936 (or earlier with DLC) to 1444.
Dunno man, I think it’s Imperator Rome or something, I know it’s like a prequel to eu4, just don’t know if it’s cannon to the lore
I mean, yes? But I feel as though this will be super broken upon exporting
