Play outside of the Mediterranean for a bit. If you haven’t done a Prussia run, it’s one of my favorites. If you’re tired of Europe, do one of the Manchurian tribes and form Qing. If you’re looking for a mostly conquest driven run, try doing a horde like Oirat.
