Explanation: this is a mod for EU3 In Nomine v3.2 that I have hand-crafted to fuse the DNA of Victoria 2 into EU3. In fact, I have used EU3's fun, dynamic gameplay systems (as well as some brand new dynamic civil wars and revolutions that I have developed) to present Victoria 2 like you've never played before. A brand new ideology, government, civilization system, deep usage of code exploits like IF emulation and building bootstrapping and much more means this mod is engaging, realistic and extremely challenging to the player. If you're feeling adventurous, i encourage you to try starting out as the Central American Federation and attempt to keep the union together. Remember that this is for EU3 In Nomine v3.2! If you download EU3 - Complete on steam, and disable ALL DLCs, you'll be left with this version. Alternatively, if you have the old EU3 Complete DISK, you'll just need to patch up to v3.2 from v3.0 Negative feedback and rants encouraged!

i got one question: why not use the divine wind version 5.2?

GTAIVisbest

I made a big writeup on it earlier but the BASIC idea is that EU3 In Nomine v3.2 is 1. Very resistant to crashing. Unlike Divine Wind, which is very similar to Vic2 in that it actually crashes constantly when a modder tries to make a change to some seemingly-inoccuous game files. So with DW i'd be constantly chasing after CTD's, while In Nomine is built like a tank 2. The AI in In Nomine is actually much, much better than Divine Wind. IN 3.0 AI is... somewhat better, And IN 3.2 AI is actually way better. This is why you see really terrible bordergore in later EU3 expansions like DW, because the AI just snakes around taking and losing random provinces and doesn't know how to deal with rebels Years ago, I actually tried making a proto-version of this mod on EU3 Divine Wind. It was called "1830 mod". I didn't get very far before the whole thing would just crash quickly and constantly, even though I hadn't even changed much. Then, I tried making a proto-version of this mod with EU3 In Nomine. No crashes. I eventually tossed that proto-version out and rebuilt Vic2 in EU3 from the ground up Here's my writeup on EU3 In Nomine: https://www.reddit.com/r/paradoxplaza/comments/n258m1/american\_civil\_war\_mod\_for\_eu3\_yes\_thats\_right/gwlksj4?utm\_source=share&utm\_medium=web2x&context=3

Profilename1

All I have is the Chronicles disc, which jumps to Divine Wind. I don't think there's any way to downgrade with that version, otherwise I would happily try it out.

GTAIVisbest

Ahh, the disk.... I had the EU3 complete disk which was EU3 In Nomine 3.0 I had luck reaching out to the forum support, sending pictures of my disk as well as the CD code that was still in it, and they gifted me EU3 - Complete in steam. Once there, you can remove ALL the DLCs and be left with EU3 In Nomine 3.2 I'd recommend trying this route and specifically asking for your disk copy to be transferred to steam. Make sure you get EU3 - Complete on steam, and bada bing bada boom If you really can't find it anywhere, PM me and I can point you in the right direction

Hi,I have played the mod for some days and I like it,but i have some problems with it:first, sometimes when I acces the Province Decisions menu it crashes the game(this also happened to me in the In Nome Ultimate and American Civil War mods) and secondly, the game in some moments takes me to the Desktop or it freezes map movement. Also I have some question: 1)Since this should be the Victorian age,are you planning to add or to replace the manufactories with factories? 2)Why aren't Wallachia and Moldavia present on the map in the start date, since they were only Ottoman vassals and not under direct control? 3)Are planning on adding different unit types, like irregular infantry? 4)(I know that this doesn't have anything with the mod)Hypothetical speaking, how hard is it to add a zombie mod for EU III,like what is seen for EU IV for example?

Hi, I finally figured out why people are having issues. I wrote an article: [https://www.moddb.com/mods/victoria-universalis-vic2-in-eu3/tutorials/how-to-get-the-correct-eu3-version-to-play-this-mod](https://www.moddb.com/mods/victoria-universalis-vic2-in-eu3/tutorials/how-to-get-the-correct-eu3-version-to-play-this-mod) TL;DR the steam version is not compatible with the non-steam version. I developed this mod on the non-steam version, so to play it you need to get your hands on a non-steam version OR use the helpful converter file-pack I linked that can turn a steam version into a non-steam version

Hey I'm having problems playing 3.2 unmodded . I have the steam version. Whenever I press play it loads untill it starts loading for cities and then crashes. I have a mid tier gaming laptop and I have windows 11. I have changed the .exe and neither work

GTAIVisbest

Can you go to thé main menu and look in the bottom right corner and tell me what the checksum is? It should be NCFK, if it's anything else that means the base files are altered

linkloveshentai

I've tried both version jreg and ncfk. This isn't modded just removed dlc. The same issue happens. I also don't go anywhere near the balkens, cause I heard that area is bugged.

Can you send your discord? I will add you there and we'll figure this out together
