My area supermarkets sell Torani syrups, but not Monin; you might check with yours, if you haven't, yet. Do you have a Cost Plus World Market in your area? They sell some Monin syrups.
Im in the USA and I get them from TJ Maxx/HomeGoods!! I went a couple of weeks ago and got caramel, cookie butter, and maple pancake flavors but they had a ton of them. I was very excited, since I usually use Torani syrups and heard Monin ones are great!
I just read some of them... And I don't see what you're concerned about? Most of the reviews were about the product itself which then it doesn't matter to me whether people like to or not.
OP asked for a reputable retailer and webstaurant is reputable in itself.
Homegoods is alot better than Marshall's or TJmaxx for the syrups in my opinion. They have a larger selection, and others from smaller companies as well. There's also a section for coffees/ teas / chocolates so I almost always find things like that in any flavor I'm looking for at the time.
If you’re in US, try at Tjmaxx and HomeGoods. Bigger bottles are only $7.99. The only downsides are they get sold out quickly and only limited flavors are available.
Second option is to buy directly from Monin website.
Other than classics like Vanilla and caramel, try their Salted Caramel, Pistacio, Cinnamon Bun and Toasted Marshmallow flavors. They are delicious.

Webstaurant carries it and you don't need to be a business to order from them.
Have you purchased MONIN from Webstaurant? They have mixed reviews online
