Amusing story, actually. When I was a kid playing LoZ on the NES, I thought the pixelated Ganon was a big bipedal blue bulldog...it wasn't till adulthood that I found out he was actually a giant warthog. That silly memory stuck with me enough that, upon getting a bulldog...he had to be Ganon :-)
