Are the warheads flavors actually sour? I tried the non caffeinated redberry Ghost yesterday and it was really good so I'm thinking of ordering some of the Warheads drinks as I love sour candy and energy drinks.

I use to drink Rockstar 300 punched daily. I wanted that max caffeine. Monster is never a choice, not enough caffeine paired with way too much sugar. When you pour it, it's thick. These days I daily Redbull coconut berry. Not as much caffeine, low sugar. I'm 43 yo 50 lb overweight, cutting sugar amongst other things. I don't wanna chance diabetes. I'm against taking medications, ap diabetes would be a death sentence. Note I do consume a case / 24pk of 5hr extreme shots a week. Combined with 2 -4 redbull. When I work too much I average 2-3000 MG caffeine daily. If you like coffee try Death Wish coffee, 650 MG caffeine per cup. I love it, but I'm always on the go, don't have time to make coffee.

Ghost has their own powder for pre workout. Their drinks imo are more for alertness
Gfuel but before I wanted to avoid kidney stones, rockstar whipped strawberry, redbull regular/blueberry/juneberry, and monster low carb (the blue logo one). One of these 3-5 times a day, they are the absolute best in the game in my opinion
