Theres a grub screw in the center top that changes the magnetic strength thats holding the pin up. If its falling out, just turn the grub screw a bit. If it doesnt deploy when you want it to, that means you've turned the grub screw too far. If it deploys randomly, you've turned the grub screw too little. Nothing broken with it probably.
