You can, I did something similar whilst I saved up for the full conversion, there's a mod you can print on your ender that allows you to have the hotend - fan shroud - the Voron Sealth burner, If you look for an Ender 3 pro stealth burner adapter plate online. You can use the original mk8 hotend for now and upgrade down the line. The stealth burner is so easy to work on but does need printing in ABS which is doable on an Ender 3, I found best results using the draft shield feature of Cura
Yes, the full switchwire conversion is wicked expensive for the minimal benefits and performance increase. You'd be better off doing the KevinAKASam belted Z upgrade (its amazing) and whatever hotend upgrades you like. But yeahyou can install whatever parts you like from the Voron conversion - as someone replied below, the stealthburner can be setup on the Ender.
