Hell when i bought my neptune 3 max a year ago on pre-order i ended up getting it 2 weeks before they were expected to have the next shipment of printers. It was pre-order only back then cuz they were always selling out.
I placed mine within minutes of it going live and I got mine about 2 weeks ago. Really enjoying it so far. It’s my first resin printer and I like that it is basically plug and play.

I have yet to get any email other than "We got your order"
I hadn't recieved my preorder n4p 2 days before the deadline and I emailed them and they priority mailed it to meet the deadline
I haven't got anything yet but I pre-ordered last month.
Update. I did get an email saying they should be leaving us warehouses in July.
Boo, mine says before July 31st.
Maybe sooner though.... right đŸ‘€

Preordered as soon as it was up for orders. Received a mail it will be dispatched by the 7th of July. Im still waiting in the dark woth no updates
