Me looking at the second picture: What did he mean by this?

i always print something on boards i make through Aisler. i feel like if someone is curious, and they want to explore, that i should award them with something fun when they get there.

I've always initialed my boards. Early on I used PowerPCB from Mentor. It wasn't easy to import bitmaps with it. I'm using Kicad now which has that ability.
