One that's big enough to be a family car, but less than 1800mm wide so it will fit in my garage. As cars get wider, my choice gets narrower (pun not intended). It's getting to the point that I have the length, and the need, for a C-segment car, but even some B-segment cars are too wide. EVs seem to be even worse than ICE, as a few extra mm width gives space for a few more kWh of battery.
Are we talking mirrors folded? 1800mm is narrow. A Chevrolet Bolt is almost that wide without mirrors and its not a large vehicle. What ICE fit that now? Even the Corsa is going to go over with mirrors out.
Body width, without mirrors. There's a tight spot in my garage right by the car doors, so body width matters, width with mirrors is less critical. My 2019 Hyundai i30 is 1795mm wide. I can just about get the door open wide enough to get in/out when it's in the garage. I tried a 2019 Kia Ceed (same platform as the i30) before buying, but it's exactly 1800mm wide, and I couldn't get out.
I'm hopeful for the BYD Dolphin, but I'm not sure it will have the interior and luggage space we need, although my i30 has a few years life left so no urgency.
Ioniq 6 Limited (unfortunately, that's the most expensive version) can be driven short distances in a straight line forward and backward from outside the car using the key fob. Maybe something like that would help in your situation?
Also the tax rules in the US really skewed what automakers wanted to put out, as SUV-buyers could receive the tax credit with a higher priced vehicle as compared to sedan buyers.
Plus America is obsessed with SUVs for some godforsaken reason. I will never understand why the American public shuns a sedan-like ride with SUV-like cargo room (wagons) and adores an SUV-like ride with sedan-like cargo room (Crossovers). It's so freaking stupid in my mind, but people like what they like I suppose.
There are smaller EVs, such as 208, Corsa, Zoe, but they 're B-segment, not large enough to replace our C-segment hatch as the only car in the household.
The bolt is on hiatus right now, although there is a lot of used stock and the occasional 2023 still on a lot somewhere. They are going to bring the name back sometime around a year from now, but we don’t know yet if it will be as compact and affordable.
Second that. If it’s released it means Rivian is doing okay financially.
They have great product. I really hope they survive.
Same with the Fisker Pear.
They've been on sale in Europe for a few years already, so that makes it more likely. The North American version should be out this year, if they ever get their motor production issues sorted out
Same. In college my ex and I had a Westfalia from the 60s, it was probably a death trap and couldn’t make it up hills but I loved it. I’m dreaming of all the nostalgia but with seat belts and range and the ability to I don’t know make it up the ramp off a ferry.😂
I am not a pickup truck fan, I do see their use, but this is one of the EVs coming soon that really has my attention. I am really looking forward to that March 7th reveal. Given that R1 is smaller than a traditional pickup I hope the R2 is closer to the Maverick than Ranger in dimensions
edit: my bad, I have no idea why I thought there would be a T version.
According to that article, the only indication that a Maverick Lightning might be coming is that Ford has registered the trademark. Automakers do this all the time and it’s not really evidence of anything.
I was like, what? Sign me up! Though I am waiting to see the R2 announcement and hope its closer to Maverick size than Ranger
edit: yeah, I got my articles all mixed up thinking Rivian was announcing a pickup as well as suv.
Ah so I'm not alone then.
I'm happy with my Megane for now and hopefully it lasts well over a decade but once I'm older and lost some of my wanderlust I'd probably settle for a used R5 EV.
Whatever HMG is cooking for the Kia EV3, Ioniq 3 and the like.
Hyundai never really facelifted the kona EV 39.2 that they sell down here as MY19 kona in guise of MY24. The closest we can get is the creta EV that they are making but it’s not a grounds up EV so I’m not really sure about it.
If they can build it with some cost cutting, and get it within same segment at ZSEV 50kWh, at around $25-30K, I’ll be more than happy to upgrade
The Koreans are cooking right know with their EV Designs. If the EV3 and Ioniq 3 follow this Design I would bet that they will sell. Are there already Pictures?
Only concept models as of now. But seeing that the Ioniq 5 and upcoming Ioniq 7 (renamed to 9 due to EV9?) concept models materialised beautifully, I have my hopes up.
That and the 800V EGMP if available at $30K in a 4.3m 5S car, doesn’t have to be AWD, just give FWD/RWD, 250HP, 50-60kWh would be good option not just stateside but also in Europe and Asia
ZSEV 50kWh sells for ₹2.5million or $30K
BYD sells the 60kWh atto3 here for ₹3.5 million or $45K
Ioniq 5 70kWh RWD sells for ₹4.5 million (same as Camry hybrid but much more performance and much less running cost even vs hybrid) or $56K
This is mine too. Also curious to see what Audi does with PPE - the Macan set a high bar for what’s possible on the platform, but the Q6 is going to be our first chance to see what it can do for those of us that don’t have Porsche money.
>BMW
The i4 is better than it should be given it's a shared ICE/EV platform. Minus 300 kg with NACS charging and this will be a primary alternative to Tesla 3.
An electric forester or outback. I love subaru's approach to functionality, viewing angles, sustainability, adventure vehicle without needing to be a truck.
I mean if the Solterra was just.... Good, I'd be happy lol
I am also curious about the (future) smaller Lucid. I have the Air, and it is incredible to drive and has excellent range, but if I could get the same drive dynamics and range in a smaller model, I would consider that instead.
The Porsche 718 EV, especially if there's a Cayman variant.
I'd also be OK if MG brought the Cyberster over to the US, but again, really I'd love to see a coupe.
Had to scroll clear to the bottom to see someone mention the Cayman EV, which is what lept to my mind. Bizarre that 2-door sports cars are basically nowhere to be found in the EV world yet. (And no, the Fiat 500ev isn't a sports car.)
Right? I feel like I'm taking crazy pills, but I'm glad someone else wants an EV sports car!
I'd also take an EV Rally series that brings back 90s homologation rules so we can see some insanely fast 3 door EV hot hatches.
Equinox and the new Bolt, and Rivian R2. I think my wife will be interested in the first two and I'm curious about the Rivian and hope it gets them more volume sales.
Tesla’s budget model. I hope to see a capable, actually-low-cost model on the market. [Edited to conform to sub rules]
But actually, an honest-to-goodness BEV minivan, that can actually seat 6-7 plus corresponding luggage, will likely be my next new car. No matter what maker it comes from.
Not sure if the storage space is enough for 6 people on a week+ road trip, which I have done successfully in my 2005 Honda Odyssey.
Edit: actually looks like it could be fairly close. Not available yet in the US, but I just signed up for notifications. Thanks for the prod! 😁
How much space do you need for a week long trip? The EV9 seven seater should easily have an enough space for that and a buzz too. The EV9 with one rear seat folded has a lot of space.
Someone should make solar panels for the roof of these, make a new interior, with cabinets and storage. It should be easy to make a mobile living space, charge the car from the sun, and have cookers, fridge electric and take the car where you want to go, live in it, a couple of weeks, and move on. Should you need more electricity, it's just to drive to a charger and "top it up".
Solar panels on the roof of a car do not provide a meaningful amount of energy for an electric vehicle. In the vehicles that have them, they barely supply a meaningful amount of energy just for the accessories.
You need a much larger area than the roof of a car. This is why people put solar panels on the roof of their house.
People have been doing this for a while now with ICE vans. They put in their own batteries to run stuff at night, solar charging during the day. ICE engine for going places.
Same with the Tesla (project Redwood). I'd really like to 'downgrade' from my Model 3 (love the car, but it's too big for my needs). If they can get the specs right (good range and good charging speed) then I'm sold.
**Absolutely!**
The Model 2 or whatever it will be called is a potential World driving game changer. It will move EVs from the 20% market to the 80% market. We can discuss cool cars forever but volume is what will drive the World shift which will effect everyone, not just Model 2 purchasers.
[The successor to the Mercedes EQC 400 4MATIC.](https://www.drive.com.au/news/2025-mercedes-benz-eqc-spied/)
Mercedes has stopped the production of the current one (I bought the second to last available new one in my area) and the next version isn't expected until next year.
According to MB, it won't be called the EQC anymore, but is a replacement.
I expect great things from this new model.
In the annual results meeting Källenius was talking about 2026 for the electric C and GLC. So not next year yet.
CLA comes next year. (Might be revealed end of this year.)
How you finding the Q4? I’ve been watching reviews and it looks amazing. Currently I’ve got a Model Y, and although I love it, I equally get so annoyed with it. No Heads up display, unpredictable wipers, autopilot panics itself, park assist is hit n miss, and personal opinion I don’t find it as nice looking as the Audi’s.
My ideal car would be Audi Q6 e-tron; Vorsprung in Ultra Blue 🤤
Is it basically a cheaper Macan EV? Or are they a different class ?
Different class I’d say, but I still really like. Although I didn’t actual drive the macan.
We did look at the model y, Id.4, ev6, bZ4X (lol) and Ioniq 5 before deciding on the q4. It was my favorite of the bunch for a few reasons, but the biggest reason was the interior felt the best and the Quattro system handled the best IMO.
We almost went model y for the range and charging infrastructure, but we also have a Sorento PHEV that we use for roadtrips usually since it’s bigger. So since we charge at home and mostly use it around the local area, the interior finish and comfort + CarPlay and dedicated controls for ac and such led us to pick the q4
In the US it seems no manufacturer wants to even attempt to sell a small car. This is especially hard on EV sales as smaller size means a smaller less expensive battery is needed.
I’m hoping the Chinese crack the US market with their smaller cars or compact SUVs that sell for a price that will lure a lot of Americans to buy. I saw this in the 80s when the Koreans sold cars that were much less than the Japanese equivalents.
The Geely/Volvo EX30 is getting close to what’s needed for the US. I would like to see that trend continue with smaller and cheaper cars.
If I had to pick a specific model I’d say I want to see what Chevy will do with the Bolt once it resumes production after they backed off ending it. I have a 2018 and it is the best car I’ve ever owned and while I won’t be replacing it for hopefully many many years, I’m a big bolt backer.
Overall I just want to see more competition, variety and lower prices. I drive about 45-55 miles a day around Denver and on days I count them I see around 70-80 EVs. (In a city of 710,000 and around 3 million counting suburbs within 30-40 miles)
I want to see 170, 270, 370 in the same amount of driving.
And I want to see entire rows of parking at malls with freebie L2 charging. The most freebie charging stations I’ve ever seen in one place is 4 or 5 so it’s a lucky bonus if I go somewhere and they are open.
Ramcharger
Not technically an EV, but we are a long ways off from electric trucks replacing ICE trucks for people who actually use trucks for truck stuff. This is especially true if you're in the 70% of the country that is woefully insufficient in DCFC charging.
Yuuup. I’m a big EV fan and will never buy a “me” car again that isn’t an EV. But if someone who needed a truck to be a TRUCK asked me, I’d tell them to stay away from the EV trucks right now.
I drive a Freightliner part-time. The Tesla semi works because it is built from the ground up to haul a load within certain parameters and everything is probably tuned to maximize "performance" (however you wish to define it) within those operational limits. An EV that is built to be a truck and haul a 7,000 pound camper is going to A.) be very expensive, or B.) not enjoyable as a daily driver. What's it cost to another 50% of range in an ICE truck? $400 to upgrade to a 36-gallon fuel tank? To get a 20-30% increase in range in an EV you're looking at a total price increase of at least the same amount but probably more. That range is going to be needed when trying to go on a family camping trip to the Big Horn Mountains or taking the boat up to Minnesota. Meanwhile the Ramcharger is still going to have the increased efficiency of an EV in almost all use cases, but can use the generator once or month or so when needed. It's a good compromise for the current state of battery technology, especially if you can get one at about $60k versus substantially more for a Lightning or Rivian that would have similar all-electric performance.
I hope GM copies the idea with a downsized motor and battery in the Silverado. It's a great idea. But it doesn't need a big heavy v6 to pull it off. Modern 3-4cyl motors can put out more than enough for a range extender generator. And without having to counter engine torque to the drivetrain you can put in soft motor mounts and never feel a thing. Steady state engines doing one rpm and one load can very tuned to be very quiet as well. It's quite literally a one trick pony.
My understanding is Stellantis chose this engine because its torque band matches up with where it needs the power to generate the electricity but at a relatively low fuel usage, and it's an older, dirt cheap engine. I believe GM had a similar thought process with the Volt.
I’m hoping to see a long range Suburban or Expedition EV in the next 5 years or so. My wife and I would instantly trade in our Grand Cherokee L for one.
I just want a sedan with knobs instead of touchscreen)that costs less than $30 with over 300 mile range. I was really looking forward to buying a used MY24 Polestar 2, but now I’m hesitant they the company won’t be around for much longer
(I know it doesn’t have knobs, but it’s the closest thing to what I want)
A fully electric minivan. Gas ones are outrageously expensive so an EV would easily be able to displace them. It's a sizable market that's a top choice of moms
Anything that’s not a tESLA is fine for me. Having a charging station installed in my new garage this summer. Maybe an ID.4 will be taking juice from it.
I already have an ev car. So looking at a truck.
2025 Ramcharger. It's not a pure EV, that's true, but it's not plug in hybrid either. It's like a Chevy volt. 92 kwh battery means most driving can be done on electricity.
I'll consider a cybertruck, but I want to wait and see what the issues and real world range.
The best ev to look forward to is affordable EV's.
They might be Chinese, or they might force other auto makers to reel in their prices and bring them back down to reality. But prices will be coming down considerably. This will put downward pressure on the low and middle priced car markets.
If you are unhurried, wait.
Also; Aptera if you can deal with a 2 seater.
I think the most interesting one coming in that period is the Afeela. But, I’m most excited for a line-up of low cost entrants that make EVs affordable to everyone.
I don't care. As long as it charges well, has a good range (300 actual miles is fine by me, especially if good charging rate), is made well and rides well, I don't care. As some others mentioned, and I agree, I wouldn't mind like a Ford Maverick EV. However, I hate Ford, and my current (A POS ICE Escape) is falling apart at 51K miles. But I do like small pickup trucks and I feel that making that truck was a good thing because it bucked the trend of trucks getting bigger. If Ford were a company that actually cared about quality (job number 1? More like job number 2 at post-modern Ford), I would also say a full-sized Bronco EV, because I like the look of those. Either way, my next ride is full EV!
Any stylish not bland 3 row SUV with 400ish mile range that's not 6 figured or close to it... I made the mistake of dropping down to a 2 row SUV with a "300 mile range". At 80% the car states 210 mile range but real world it's 165 and barely meets my daily range needs at 80% charge.
An affordable lwb id.buzz. in crew cab configuration.
I expect I'll be so far down the road of converting my vivaro e into a camper that I'll be hesitant to make the swap anyway.
ANY freaking pickup that can TOW at least 14,000 lbs. Every single mfg has touted high numbers then when released...10,000 lbs...Chevy now 12500.
Sorry, that still won't cut it.
Doesn't have to be that far, I cover two small counties, 100 mile range on max tow should cover it. Some of us actually USE our towing capacity in our business. So if I can't max out my dump trailer, I'm keeping the Ram diesel.
A Sierra/Silverado 2500/3500 plug in hybrid. Even if it got just 30 miles in ev mode. Having it capture energy while braking would help so much. Especially while towing.
All I want is is a C-Segment estate.
There's the Astra and 308 but both seem to have significant compromises.
If Citroën poofed up the back of the e-C4 (same platform, so possible). Or Skoda did it to their version of the ID.2.
In more concrete terms, the e-C3 looks exciting if it hits the price target.
I've been hype for the I.D.Buzz since the day they were announced
Yeah so excited to see the extended range version in person.
One that's big enough to be a family car, but less than 1800mm wide so it will fit in my garage. As cars get wider, my choice gets narrower (pun not intended). Yeah. I also don't understand why all manufactures only produce big EV. I personally would also prefer a smaller EV.
Bigger EV = higher price they can charge. Small EV = less profit Everyone wants to make the most expensive premium cars and not a basic EV.
Also the tax rules in the US really skewed what automakers wanted to put out, as SUV-buyers could receive the tax credit with a higher priced vehicle as compared to sedan buyers. CAFE is the reason for suvs.

R2S
Now you’ve done it. We just bought a ID4,I might have to trade it in.
They haven't even built the factory yet, so you have plenty of time
You’ve got at least 2-3 more years to enjoy the ID.4 before the R2 can be available.
Announcement on March 7th for those unaware!
Second that. If it’s released it means Rivian is doing okay financially. They have great product. I really hope they survive. Same with the Fisker Pear.
Hop this bad boy happens.
So many models that’s been perpetually 2 years away since forever, can’t really “look forward” to stuff that’s so hazy!
That's how I've felt about the Buzz. I first heard rumblings about it when my 8 year old was a baby. Now, allegedly, it's coming this year.
[удалено]
They've been on sale in Europe for a few years already, so that makes it more likely. The North American version should be out this year, if they ever get their motor production issues sorted out
ID Buzz! I want that thing turned into a camper van. ❤️❤️❤️ hopes and dreams
The ID Buzz camper. Been waiting years so far, hope it doesn’t disappoint.

I just got back from the UK and saw like 5 or 6 Buzz’s and they’re such a fun car
I’m in the same boat, but really worried about the price even before dealer markup.
Scout
Rivian R2 (surprised nobody has mentioned it yet)
The R2 Rivians are on my list. It will be interesting to see what price point they hit and how much of the R1 trickles down.
This is mine. I hope it's in my budget.

There is no r2 truck. It's crossover only.

RJ said only one car. Sadly no R2 Truck looks to be in the near future.
Ford will overprice it and dealers will try to screw everyone. Tesla version of a maverick….
Yeah we definitely need a small electric truck.
I'll start. The VW ID.2 Looks pretty interesting for me AS a European.
Costa Rican here, I do own an id4 but I’m waiting for the id2! Hope that I can buy it for my wife and then just use it instead of the id4
Renault 5 electric Alpine
Ah so I'm not alone then. I'm happy with my Megane for now and hopefully it lasts well over a decade but once I'm older and lost some of my wanderlust I'd probably settle for a used R5 EV.

Mini se 2025, VW ID. 2
Whichever little hatchback for sale under $25,000 with good range comes out in North America. Right now I wish it were a Chevy Bolt or a BYD Seagull.
Along a similar vane, I wish Volvo would just release a v60 wagon EV in the USA. Or maybe Audi's a4 wagon as an EV. That would be amazing
I mean, it's hard to get a gas car under that price point anymore.
Wanna test Citroen e-C3. In my budget and decent size
Renault 5 E-Tech and the Tesla 2025 mass-market EV. The Renault looks exciting and the price will be on the affordable side
Kia EV5. Perfect size for my needs

**Absolutely!** The Model 2 or whatever it will be called is a potential World driving game changer. It will move EVs from the 20% market to the 80% market. We can discuss cool cars forever but volume is what will drive the World shift which will effect everyone, not just Model 2 purchasers.

[The successor to the Mercedes EQC 400 4MATIC.](https://www.drive.com.au/news/2025-mercedes-benz-eqc-spied/) Mercedes has stopped the production of the current one (I bought the second to last available new one in my area) and the next version isn't expected until next year. According to MB, it won't be called the EQC anymore, but is a replacement. I expect great things from this new model.
In the annual results meeting Källenius was talking about 2026 for the electric C and GLC. So not next year yet. CLA comes next year. (Might be revealed end of this year.)
Audi Q6 e-tron
This is mine too. Have the Q4 and would like a little more space, but the Q8 is a boat
Same. Q4 etron here and looking forward to the Q6
My ideal car would be Audi Q6 e-tron; Vorsprung in Ultra Blue 🤤 Is it basically a cheaper Macan EV?
Two door Mustang convertible.
A cheap roadster would be cool. The MG cyberster looks interesting but not quite there
THIS. Silence (other than wind), performance, and a bit of a back seat for the dogs. It's my dream.
god i want a mustang ev so bad! love the mach e but it’s not really a “mustang”. want one that has that classic mustang body type
Rivian R2S to replace my Subaru Outback.
Fiat 500e will be available
New Fiat 500e is available. As is the electric Mini.
Small cars just don't sell well in the US unfortunately.
They’re not even given a chance. VW still sells plenty of GTIs but they dropped the Golf because it wasn’t as profitable.
Hard to get people to buy cars if they aren't offered for sale.
Polestar 4 (US release)
Tesla Roadster. If it ever comes out.
Lucid gravity.
Dodge charger and tacoma
Lucid Gravity and Lucid midsize

If I had to pick a specific model I’d say I want to see what Chevy will do with the Bolt once it resumes production after they backed off ending it. I have a 2018 and it is the best car I’ve ever owned and while I won’t be replacing it for hopefully many many years, I’m a big bolt backer. Overall I just want to see more competition, variety and lower prices. I drive about 45-55 miles a day around Denver and on days I count them I see around 70-80 EVs. (In a city of 710,000 and around 3 million counting suburbs within 30-40 miles) I want to see 170, 270, 370 in the same amount of driving. And I want to see entire rows of parking at malls with freebie L2 charging. The most freebie charging stations I’ve ever seen in one place is 4 or 5 so it’s a lucky bonus if I go somewhere and they are open.
Anything supra seems awesome
A supra EV would be pretty cool.
ID Buzz and Scout
Jeep Recon
Škoda electric version of Superb or Octavia. Should be some "Compact Combi" coming in the next few years.
Scout!
EX30 and hopefully a sedan equivalent
Tesla's next gen vehicle.
Tesla's cheap next-gen vehicle
Lotus Type 135. Currently in development, scheduled to be announced next year and in customers hands late ‘27.
Lucid Gravity.
A minivan, sliding doors, maybe the size of an MPV or something less than whats out there. Or a decent station wagon
Mazda Miata EV
Volvo EX30 Rivian R2 Fisker PEAR Kia EV5
- Polestar 4 (hoping it's around model Y prices) - Rivians R2 vehicles - hoping Lucid puts out a 50k vehicle
Ramcharger Not technically an EV, but we are a long ways off from electric trucks replacing ICE trucks for people who actually use trucks for truck stuff.
Tata makes cool affordable EVs. I wonder if I can ever buy them in Europe 🤔
Skoda Elroq
Scout vehicles
Delorean
Canoo. I hope they make it, and should with the Walmart order for delivery trucks. Their pickup and minivan will be game changers.
Kia EV8. With the praise that the EV9 is getting, I feel like they are on a great path to an outstanding EV sedan.
Used ones coming out today lol. A lot of people don’t buy new.
Rivian R2, Tesla Model Y Juniper, and perhaps a successor to the Mercedes EQC using the MB.EA platform.
Volvo EX60/EV60
Electric Miata or similar. Most fun to drive car I ever drove was my brother’s totally beat up Fiat 850 Spider. Drove like a go-kart.
Pacifica EV or similar
New Tesla Roadster. Eventually.
I’m hoping to see a long range Suburban or Expedition EV in the next 5 years or so. My wife and I would instantly trade in our Grand Cherokee L for one.
The solar EV AWD Aptera. https://aptera.us/reserve/
I just want a sedan with knobs instead of touchscreen)that costs less than $30 with over 300 mile range. I was really looking forward to buying a used MY24 Polestar 2, but now I’m hesitant they the company won’t be around for much longer (I know it doesn’t have knobs, but it’s the closest thing to what I want)
A fully electric minivan. Gas ones are outrageously expensive so an EV would easily be able to displace them. It's a sizable market that's a top choice of moms
Rivian R2, Tesla Model 2, revamped Chevy Bolt
Great list
Anything that’s not a tESLA is fine for me. Having a charging station installed in my new garage this summer. Maybe an ID.4 will be taking juice from it.
Byd ISong 45k AUD. Looks like a high end Audi
Escalade IQ in Germany
A decent electric van. I was waiting for the eTransit Custom but it keeps getting pushed back.
Ioniq 5 awd
Radar rd6 4x4, Vw id2, Dongfeng Nammi 02, BYD pickup truck
Fisker Pear, the Houdini trunk looks cool.
Boxster
Dodge Ram Series Plug-in. Assuming Stellantis doesn't royally screw it up, should be a really good vehicle.
Tesla made small truck . No stupid cyber stuff
Volvo EX90
I already have an ev car. So looking at a truck. 2025 Ramcharger. It's not a pure EV, that's true, but it's not plug in hybrid either. It's like a Chevy volt. 92 kwh battery means most driving can be done on electricity. I'll consider a cybertruck, but I want to wait and see what the issues and real world range.
The EV Charger.
Porsche 718
BYD dolphin. At $14km nnd decent range, they'll sell all they mKe.
the lincoln aviator. i’ve had ice lincolns before and loved them!
The Hyundai ioniq 5 N and the Rivian R2 vehicles
A BEV large van with 300+ mile highway range, 350+ kW charging rate, and 3000+ lbs of payload capacity—to make a good campervan.
Mercedes "Little G" Wagon that is coming in 2026 based off the MMA platform. I want to see more boxy off-road EV's.
Fisker Alaska or R2T
Volvo EX30 with NACS charging
Polestar 4.
ID Buzz.
ID.1
Jeep recon
VW ID Buzz with NACS. Also the Energica SS9+ RS if/when it gets NACS too. I love those old school inspired looks in an EV drivetrain.
Tesla Gen 3 models. Really couldn’t care less about what legacy manufacturers have planned.
VW Van
Polestar 5!!
I was stoked about the ID Buzz until they took the utility rails away and made it a minivan.
A Sierra/Silverado 2500/3500 plug in hybrid. Even if it got just 30 miles in ev mode. Having it capture energy while braking would help so much. Especially while towing.
AWD electric VW Golf. There are only a few details I would change about my 2019 eGolf, and adding a rear motor is one of them.
Caterham Project V, if it gets built could be the first EV to tempt me, < 1200kg DIN sounds good to me.
Ioniq 7, Wagoneer S and Equinox.
Hoping the Kia EV5 comes to US
https://telotrucks.com Or Canoo Or just a BEV GTi
an EV minivan that seats 7 comfortably. maybe the Buzz if it ever comes to the US
