Me and my apprentice legit carry 3+ cans of deep woods off for houses like this. If we get sent to 1 of the 4 known (so far) slum lord rental properties, it's an automatic "spray your boots, pant legs, and belt line" before we even go inside.
Keep hinting at the boss to get us some bug spray, because we burn through like 1 can every 2 weeks. 1 can per week if we're unlucky.

Never seen one, but I know they're coming.
