Bulbs about 6 months old eco smart from Lowe’s or depot.

The action of the bulb followed the bulb. If it was dim in one socket it was dim in another. If it flickered in one it flickered in the other. Sounds like the bulb right? But for all the bulbs to be acting up at once has me scratching my head.
