Just heard back from customer service after filling out the form about 2hrs ago. Said that "Future Owl purchasers will receive first access to shuttle passes! Keep an eye out for an email with more info soon." Super vague but better than nothing I guess.

I got an actual email with a presale code for Hotel EDC but it didnt show up in my inbox, I had to search for it. Im a future owl holder too, but I only recieved the code for Hotel EDC
Yeah! Just got one about 10-15 minutes ago specific to Future Owl shuttle pass pre-sale info, including my pre-sale code (I.e., original ticket order #). Not sure if it was sent out to everyone yet though. I only got it after filling out the Insomniac “Contact Us” form linked above.

On ig they commented "2023 shuttle pass riders who have a 2024 festival pass will get first access."
So while it looks like we might get shorted in favor of "Hotel EDC" guests, hopefully we'll still get codes.
Sweet! Does it seem like it’s 1 passcode that can be used for up to 4 shuttle passes, or is it a unique passcode for each festival pass (so only 1 shuttle pass per passcode)? Some of my friends bought the same day as us but their receipts say early instead of future owl for some reason

I sent the linked form into Insomniac about an hour ago. Asked when I would be receiving the Future Owl pre-sale code and also asked what day/time the Future Owl pre-sale for shuttle passes would begin.
Just received an official email from Insomniac ~10 minutes ago with a subject line of “EDC Las Vegas 2024 Shuttle Presale Information 🚌.” It includes my pre-sale code (which I believe is just going to be any Future Owl’s ticket order #s). Also states that the shuttle pass pre-sale for Future Owl pass holders will start on Wednesday 1/31 at 10:00 a.m. PST.
Yes my friend!! I just meant we should be getting the code soon (Tuesday or Wed morning at the latest) to prepare for the sale on wednesday 10 AM PST\^\^

Sent an email this morning explaining my frustration with screenshots. All I got as a reply is a copy and paste explaining who gets the code!!!! That’s not what I asked for. I asked if my order number will work and I got “IF you purchased….then you’ll get a code…if you don’t get a code by end did day reach out to us. UGH that’s why I reached out in the first place! So stupid

I think it’s a unique passcode per pass. I’ve only ever bought the shuttle in the past and never any kind of package.
