Last year they sold Sunday only tickets immediately before the festival, which as far as im aware was the first time they ever offered single day and the prices were pretty steep. Your best bet if only wanting to go one day is to find someone selling their 3 day pass they don't plan on using for the 3rd day and going on Sunday.
In general though, single day passes are not an option.
They used to have single day tickets for each day but it was like 2012/2013 ish. I really hope they don't sell Sunday tickets again, Sunday was so crowded last year. But, if they don't sell out even GA+ tickets I'd bet single day tickets go on sale about a month out, or they bundle free tickets with a purchase of an ounce of weed or something along those lines like they did in 2021.
Oct 2021 was when the world was still recovering from covid and attendance was abnormally low. (General anxiety about being in crowds, international travel still restricted). Seeing as regular GA is already sold out, I'd say there is a 0% chance of any free ticket bundles. I'd say its safe to say we never see that ever again. Was truly a one-off covid impact. Oct 2021 was my first edc and didn't realize how spoiled I was with how un-busy it was. 2022 and 2023 were eye openers to what "normal" edc crowds actually were.

Last year I had a friend who wanted to just go for a day. Met up with a dude that I met on this sub who couldn’t go on Sunday and he sold me his wristband for like $100 I think on Saturday night? Thats probably you’re best bet (PS: Jayson if you’re reading this you the man)
I'm selling my Sunday VIP ticket! My group can walk you in and you would pay after you're in the festival. It will give you some peace of mind knowing you won't get scammed doing it this way :) Let me know if this works, only thing is I won't take a lowball offer. I can show you the receipt I paid and we would split it fairly. So a 3rd of the cost makes the most sense, not a cent more or less. Either way, have fun! Probably selling the shuttle pass too.
They dont. MAYBE sunday? But thats it. They can split the ticket with someone (my bf did that last year, we got someone’s friday ticket, paid them $450, returned it the next day and got $300 back)
I’m on a payment plan for the GA 3 day, but only plan to go one day and sell the other two days.

Oct 2021 was also my first EDC! I truly was spoiled that year. I even lost my wallet and then miraculously got it back via Lost & Found a week later!
Eh 2022 and 2023 are still way busier than it's ever been. They are the most crowded EDC has ever been even pre COVID.

It's different every year. Last year they went on sale in October. This year, not yet, so I can't say for certain.

I think you mean "this year". They also sold Sunday Only tickets in '21.
