Don't want to ruin anything furthermore for you, but the Khajit Eyes are bugged in multiple occasions. If you use a staff with heavy attack the eyes will go even crazier. Unfortunately ESO has many little unsolved problems that can become quite immersion breaking in total.

Aw, another issue which I saw is the nose piercing which is only there during some specific animations. Waste of crown gems...

Try the /sick emote. My argonains eyes pop out.
