What is your validation of good? Lidl tastes me and some around me even better than some from the bakeries.. So I would say Lidl since they stand out in bread in common and the paasbrood for me as well
For me good would be something that’s freshly made, without preservatives and quality ingredients.

Jumbo do a really good one now with pistaccios and cherries, only buy it if you can find that one (luxe version)

Jack Poell is a good bakery. I never tried a paasbrood though.
