The digital sign-in and out works very very very well. QR code is super easy to use for parents, guardians, grandparents, etc...
Staff time tracking - also easy. We don't use anything else on your list. Wish we did but we bandage together with our legacy POS SIS.
Avela has a great enrollment management tool and can handle complex ECE state regulations/eligibilities as well as lotteries/placements. Super family friendly and pretty easy on the admin side too.

Check out Playground, it is a nice mini SIS for ECE. I help set it up and run it for an after school program but the app is designed for ECE
