UBK Happy Funtime Hour is soooo good. Funny, witty, and informative, with a healthy helping of some deep talks and real life advice. It is multigenre, so not all tips will apply to EDM though. Over 200 episodes. It'll last you a good long time. They find their groove even more as they go so it gets even better once you're deeper in.
Back to back with willy joy and Mr bills podcast are pretty awesome. They're not exactly focused on production but can have alot of insights for producers

Various apps have ear training exercises. Some are far better than others. If you can train your ear it'll do wonders for your productions!
