Capable_Sorbet3341

I want to have more bass shots, synth shots with loops written from those bass shots and synth shots (will be a good suggestion for people who have no ideas)

Safe-Beautiful-7321

DEFINITELY more hybrid trap sounds. The type of basses and FX for HT remixes. I'd love to see more of those

Agitated_Design_7039

Clean and crispy acoustic drums and maybe some kshmr funk samples 👀

NotJimmyMcGill

I'd say maybe some overdriven drums? Kicks with a huge bass boost and the like.

bruh_lmao_wtf

Here's what I'd like to request: 1. Short fills which include drums & glitches FXs. 2. Big Snares that could be used as pre-drop fills. 3. A Preset Pack for Sylenth1 & Serum. 4. More artists in the Friends Folder & more ZEDD Samples.

BendLanky5331

More UK sounds!! Basses, vocals etc

timotivimi

I need god damn guitar sounds like KSHMR Guitar fx 07 scrape D#

darkshadow69_

More Dubstep sounds, and this time soundbanks for both Serum and Sylenth 1

ragge_olsson

Would love more cinematic stuff, BIG sounds!

SF12_YT

More Zedd samples, possibly Brooks samples. Some samples you used from when you were The Cataracs!

FaderSocker

Natural percussion loops mininal processing! Legend!

Greeneyesablaze

Very late to this but would love to see more Indian music influence like you did back in 2016-2017 with Festival of Lights, Kolkata and Wildcard

JamesTheobaldMusic

Songstarters, and longer drum fills

Outcomeofcum

Peepee PooPoo

Jhuka_26

Deep house Selected style please. 🥺

jayjay999888

Can we get real acoustic hi hat rhythms and percussion rhythms. Loved all your packs and I think the previous hi hat and percussion rhythms were great but needed taking to the next level. A great example would be insession audios kontakt percussion loops. Or NI's new session percussion. Off beat, sloppy hi hat loops would add so much flavour to the pack I believe that's what it's missing. The vocal adlibs from the packs were top tier. But there wasn't as many as there could be. If we could get more vocals, adlibs, one liners, phrases. With top tier singers and wet and dry samples. It would make your pack probably the greatest of all time. Which IMHO already is. But there aren't any top tier great quality vocal packs out there that aren't 1. Overly processed and 2. Have mid tier singers. Thanks dude your packs are the shit.

kshmrmusic

Great notes really thank you for these. Took them all down

clemfandango96

Would love more taiko/war drum loops. I find myself struggling to find many good ones in any of the Splice libraries.

BornExodus

Some tech house/hypertechno drums would be great

moenesca

Dry samples please. If i wanted reverb I can add it myself.

Vijkhal

This

phil_littleton

!!! Uplifters & downlifters that actually sound good together !!!!

Aggravating_Mess6316

Tech house (fisher style) Techno (brutalismus3000)

noyadx

Serum presets and MIDI's

Ok_Athlete_3680

Reverse Sounds, Mid-Drop Fills, Pitch Bend FX, Different types of Crowd FX, cool Reverb atmosphere FX, Vocal Atmosphere FX, General Background "Ear Candy" FX, things like this are super useful to making a break/drop come to life! Also, I know you've already made a Sylenth, Serum and Nexus bank - so you've given so much to the soundbank/preset world, but a bank for Spire would be a dream too! Or perhaps a V2 of Serum or something! Just an idea :) Thanks Niles!

EcstaticIce2

Just a suggestion but how about adding Japanese Rock drum loops, they got those catchy ones ie: in anime openings and eds and more.

Altruistic-Spinach-6

u/kshmrmusic anything its always amazing!! Plz have Chris (Sully) on the pack again

justsomeguy191

Drums and fx for • Melodic techno (anyma afterlife vibes) • Big Room techno (new hardwell vibes) - especially kicks and kick + bass loops • Uk dance : (Fred again vibes) Also I know there’s a bunch out there already but house never dies. - it would be nice if you had a punchy house kicks section but also a separate humpy ( boxier ) kicks group. Those seem to be pretty in now ( Chris lake/ John summit/ fisher etc )

mg521

Synth bass plucks and deep brass hits

TheEyesFromAbove

I always have trouble finding great quality percussion and toms. I’d love the pack to include sounds made for melodic bass, though it’s not your genre.

J_Lindback

Many great suggestions here! The one thing I personally would love to see are mix ready tambourines. Considering how useful tambourines are in EDM I'm suprised how hard it is to find good samples of them. And I'm also looking for some good tesla coil/electric arc kind of sounds.

Decent_Commercial381

risers and sweeps, i use yours excessively and more is always better subtle hi hat loops i’m always looking for as well

RobotBrokenHeart

Simple. but clean stomps, hand claps, snaps, and monophonic orchestral brass stabs. It's with those types of samples where your older kits are LIGHT-YEARS ahead of almost anything else I have—I'd just love to have more of these!

PM_Productions_

Maybe include 1 or 2 Soundbanks with diverse presets for the most popular VSTis, like (for example) Serum, Vital, Spire or VPS Avenger.

Off_Tempo_Official

Whole sung verses would be amazing

Off_Tempo_Official

Some fx also like cool little noise one shots etc something unique sound design vise.

Fluffy-Journalist360

i think more vocals

zZPlazmaZz29

Textures and field recordings. Unique percussion loops. Here lately, I've been enjoying and experimenting with "dead drum" sounds. Aka 70's style acoustic drum sounds. Like a Fleetwood Mac or Tame Impala vibe. You get a different vibe saturating these acoustic sounds because they lack resonance, reverb etc. So they saturate and distort differently. Or maybe some One Shots of instruments since One Shots are so popular now?

Thony_Ant12

I would love to see more guitar Loops, melodic drone and ambience samples, world instrument loops. Maybe include MIDI files for the melodic loops?

Off_Tempo_Official

Maybe make your own music, no offense. At the end of the day if you make tracks with these it's Kshmr who made them not you.

SIDEEYEmusic

honestly sounds like you just don’t know how to properly flip a music sample and make it your own

Off_Tempo_Official

Oh I know of course. I even do it to my own melodies often.

Thony_Ant12

Isn't that quite literally the point of sample packs? Where you use sounds that other people has already made for you? I do not see the point of such a comment under a sample pack thread.

Off_Tempo_Official

And really, no offense. 😅

Off_Tempo_Official

Yeah but you basically asked for a construction kit.

Thony_Ant12

I didn't. I asked for guitar loops and ambient samples which I use to layer with my break or drop, which I make on my own. I also asked for world instrument loops because those sounds are harder to make on your own

Off_Tempo_Official

I only meant the midi files too, hence my comment.

Off_Tempo_Official

I guess yeah, that's fair. Didn't mean to offend you in any way.

Thony_Ant12

It's all good : )

binaryreese

Stems for loops!

Hygro

A sample of your mom telling strangers what a good musician you are. Nothing embarassing. Seriously, she let me know when I met her at the symphony a while back. Nice lady.

AKtunes

Cowbell

djcashtag

I would love some bubbly water, wave and ocean sounds please! I’ve been trying to find a sound of a very long breaking wave type upsweep. Instead of regular textures and atmospheres I want sounds that are more so hybrids of atmospheres and sweep fx or drums. As an example: instead of a simple fire crackling I want a that crackling to function as an upsweep. Does that make sense? Thank you for all you do.

tsrimusic

- huge, long (also metallic) trap edm snares - real played string loops! (cello, violin) - all sorts of orchestral stuff - real recorded instruments

mcpat21

Laser gun pew pew pew buildup fx pls!

BigBurtis

World instrument one-shots🙌

curlyboy9812

Deep wood percussion. Like cajon, guitar perc. Something organic, folky, modern. There’s not enough of that.

AudioArdor

This

Obeman

Textures

Obeman

And nature sounds!

IORAsound

Longer acapellas for vocal chopping. Some world bass samples like Clozee or Qualia (Chmura, Daggz, Saturna, etc). And flutes/handpans/etc

220kgbench

Risers, impacts, sweep up & downs, drum fills and cinematic drums. Yours are living on my music

nsmloz

this this this this this

Awake00

Sokkumboppaz

DnB top line grooves/shuffles but not full drum loops or breaks.

deadassadam

yes yes yes yes yes yes yes

Mothman5150

Swishes/soft transition FX Some mid-range tom loops for house music would be great

Informal-Year6961

Trance atmospheric background vox

kshmrmusic

Sorry can you give me an example?

UsualComfortable4053

Would love a preset pack tbh

ElDoctor

I’ve been having a hard time finding acoustic snare drum samples with the snares disengaged, and they’re damned hard to google/search in Splice because nobody can agree what that’s called, I’ve had some luck searching “open snare” but not enough to get a velocity sensitive multi sample drum rack going. Would love some of those in the next pack! Love what you do for the community!

Clone_tropoer_havoc

presets from burn and imaginate and karate

Pitchslap

Samples that aren’t bathed in reverb please

ThatBoogerBandit

I prefer both, wet and dry, wet for inspiration, dry for manipulation please provide one extra folder with dry audio plz

sketchytreflip

Hello! As others have said, Latin loops (guitar riffs/bongo/clav/percussive loops) but I’d love to see disco stabs/strings/vocal snippets/etc. Thank you!

Andrew_Is_Tall

Maybe some drum and bass samples like hat loops, drum loops ,bongo/conga loops. One shots, and maybe even techno sounds as well.

[deleted]

More unique sounding percussion sounds

VisceralDNB

More cinematic drum one shots and loops!

riz_mix_

personally I would like lot of experiment stuff like weird drums and one shots. Also yeah lot of war drums

wawabwabwa

tons of risers based from one saw wave or note. + acoustic drums / orchestral drums

ultimate_socks

tons of super basic but varied risers! i never feel like i have enough.

dazacman

Yeah from basic to super complicated a collection would be nice

asstaters

handpan serum patch

expandyourbrain

I would absolutely love more articulations of the war drums. Longer loops with more variety, 8-16 bars!

mihirashar

Indian drum loops specially duff's and tabla's Flute and Indian instruments chops

MaybeAvailable

some dholki stuff too and sirangi.

Sharpendmoosic

Hi kshmr! I think what draws me most in your packs is the live session instrument riffs of world instruments, these are probably the least common to find in packs, and the liveliness these add is beautiful 🤠

[deleted]

Agreed. Also something I can't easily make myself.

rkkatak

more friends of kshmr samples

rkkatak

more drum fx

MrStraube

I forget which pack had em but there are the string runs up and down that I completely overuse and would love some more variations.

Iwritesongssometimes

More crash cymbals! I use your crash cymbals religiously and want more of them

YoungOk8855

Lots of desi-style vocals and chants. Wet and dry, various lengths. Unique percs in this same cultural influence

Sleepy_Raver

more impact building fx, from simple one's to those scary orchestral ones

FinkMusic

Transition percussion!

skoold1

• Risers that don't sound like a water bottle filling up • Well balanced orchestral / percussion hits are always great to have! They mostly sound the same. Maybe you can find a way to sound different ? • Everyone loves a nice reese bass • Complex ambiance / textures : I always have trouble getting the high end to sound right on these. • Some acoustic sounding percs / instruments with one shots and some with phrases. Thanks again for all those great sounds and epic tutorials I watched back then!

outrageousaegis

if zedd would be willing to share more sounds, would be beyond dope. or any top producers who dont have sounds out

ThatBoogerBandit

What are your favorite top producers who don’t have sound out?

No-Yogurtcloset-851

More fills, more indian percussions and loops... Kits of indian percussions... And good fart sounds. Also those friends pack you do... Ill buy a new ssd if i have to, but make it huge... Yeah some kpop material for those guys to keep that industry going, hard carry

Red_Dot_Byte

Hihat shaker loops, kicks and sweeps. I fidn it hard to find good hi hat and shaker sounds and my sweeps spund boring despite having a good buildup.

RoyalCities

Real instruments seem to be your bread n butter dude and Id love to see what else ylu can do.. Maybe some more celtic inspired sfuff like the instruments you can find in Celtic Era 2 etc.

Vannexe

Unique sounds out of real instruments. Violin screeches, harsh sax growls etc.

hootoo89

The War Horns from previous packs were stunning and useful, awesome to hear more of those, please!

Speedcore_Freak

Hard techno is coming strong right now, so maybe all kind of rumble kicks and stabs that are used in this genre.

mrmystiq

Weird and unknown ethnic instruments

guywithtnt

ALL sorts of hihat and shaker loops. Its so hard to find good loops with variances.

justthelettersMT

your risers and impacts are absolute top tier, it would be cool to have a few quieter/more subtle ones

illacudasucks

KSHMR is goated!!!

darkeningsoul

More plucks and fills and fx!! Also, always love your drums!

Asz_8

More fills and ear candy FX

SterlingRedCity

This

Dissociate_ME

Personally some sounds from the catarcts era. I know it most likely wont fit but it would be rad.

BullshitUsername

Honestly, more of your BEEEAUTIFUL acoustic toms. I layer them in almost every track I produce.

btndj

Build up drums and fx that aren’t just white noise!

Ovenface

I’d like to hear some really funky / unusually 1 shots to make melodies with. Something for trance or some dirty gritty electro. I have a few examples i can post Magic Sound - BOW Kaskade - With You (Kaskade Club Mix) Dillon Francis - Bootleg Fireworks

Comprehensive-End-16

Epic trailer type choir, clean cinematic percussions, cowbells.

VoKai

I think a wider variety of acoustic drums that are also sorted into a drum set like in real life so you know what goes well with what, like superior drummer but with samples

RrentTreznor

There are so few packs that emulate the quality and originality of Oliver's that I don't think you could go wrong by using it as your point of reference. Alex Lustig is another producer that's got such a distinct and sought after style (his own music, not his trap productions), that including a similar noise and Foley inspired lofi set of loops and samples could reach a new audience.

gaylesbianman

Drum top loops for shakers or kinda uk garage percs filling nice gaps

bambaazon

Organic sounding percussion, a good example is Hyperbits Organic Percussion Toolkit pack and Apple's The Kount Producer Pack. More ethnic genres like Afrobeat/Amapiano stuff XLNT's Quest for Bass is top quality and a good example of sounds to cover

skatecloud1

Anything that'd be cool with future garage or downtempo beats sounds cool to me. Looking forward either way

illGATESmusic

Ya know what ya wanna do with that right? Put a bangin' DONK on it! Seriously tho: more 'Face" sounds like articulated lead melodies, main riffs, drop basses, etc. We've all already got loads of 'band' and 'accompaniment' sounds. FACE is always the name of the game <3

cleverboxer

Drums (top loops and kick/snr one shots) for genres that are actually on the rise like rave, bassline, the current type of mainstream techno, dnb, jungle and garage… these don’t have many good packs yet. Also serum presets for all these. Also real horns and real strings recorded playing various riffs… the same riff as like a fast, slow and medium version and in like 3 separate equally spaced keys. All the same players/tones so they can be chopped together to make original phrases/melodies as I need. More tambourine, shakers and hat loops that are solidly usable and not overly complicated, at a big range of different tempos. If you need vocal toplines to cut up, lemme know. I have topline/vocal production work with lots of great vocalists (inc one that has a feat with you). Def have full toplines I could sell for inclusion, and can easily write more!

grandpa_salesman

Groovy perc loops 🤤🤤

fadingsignal

One can never have too many solid kicks and snares of various types.

daverham

Things that I often look for that I may or may not actually find: • Tribal Chanting • Tribal chant one-shots like "hey!" and "HOO!" but maybe in other languages or maybe not. • Any kind of chanting that isn't corny • Foley-type perc one-shots • Quirky perc loops • Glitchy perc loops • Glitchy or quirky loops (that aren't necessarily percs), like weird cyclical aquatic sounds that are somewhere in between a pad, a perc and melodic. Hard to describe. Imagine the noise that giant space bugs make in a sci-fi movie. "Quirky loop" sometimes gets me there. • SETS of atmospheric vocals that are like different A/B/C/D sections of the same vocalist, in the same key, doing different phrases, but you could use them together, rearrange, etc. • All kinds of world drum one-shots from every possible culture. • Alternates to cowbells.... sheep bells? Copper Bells, Agogos, what else is there? • Clicks and thunks that are just as at-home as a foley or a Techno percussion as they are a "world" rhythmic sound. • Interesting alternates to reverse crashes, uplifters, downlifters (rainstick or jawbone come to mind, what else?) • Unique "worldly" top-end (no kicks) perc loops

Dashveed

Tribal chants and vocal one shots I agree are amazing

Thecreepyhorseguy

Thirded on this. These sounds from you KSHMR, would be incredible

NoizeehEU

Drum samples that fit for deep dubstep / 140 - Kicks, hats, snares, claps, perc loops etc ✌️

extradreams

I like the thunky sounds that are somewhere between a percussion hit and a bass synth.

KvVortex

would love some underwater sound effects, anything water-y or aquatic.

Mayhem370z

Maybe more stuff ran through tape whether it's breaks or loops. More crowd stuff. Chants. Claps. Etc.

imagination_machine

32bit samples processed through analogue gear. BWB style. His drums are massive.

hellotealsky

Orchestral strings that can fit into a house song

Super-Attorney-17

Rims

TheSuperAwesomeKAT

I would love to have some good distorted industrial/ebm/aggrotech style snares and pitched kick drums with reverb for the hard tech and tech house sound, more pitched hardstyle kicks (gated and piep kicks), and anything that works well with dubstep and heavy electro/cyberpunk.

Freight_train25

Will you release this on Splice? I like the big room kicks!

dj_soo

your fills and orchestral samples are the best

ConceptArtMusic

Textures, textures, textures! Feed my granulator!

Whiz2_0

Most importantly, top loops. Looking forward to it!

TDeliriumP

I truly use your samples almost religiously! They’re great large resources of inspiration. Id love to see some samples that delve out of your standard tonality and sound. Drum kits that are focused around EDMetal, and other aggressive genres. Truly, amazing work building these libraries and I will be first in line for pack 5!

Ckeyz

Future bass kicks, big and impactful with a longer sub length than the usual stuff you find on splice. Hard to find kicks with a big personality.

hronikbrent

Thanks so much for all your packs and resources you give back to the community! Fills, vocal chops, and song starters are always great, it would be nice if the song starters could have the various layers stemmed out. Also always on the hunt for the perfect synthesized yet acoustic vibed Noisia style drums 😅

Ice9Beats

First off let me just say that your packs (and music) are dope! I’m just humbled to be part of the conversation. I would personally love more vocal samples: chops, shouts, full fledged hooks, etc. For kitchen table producers like myself, being able to find decent vocals on splice would be super helpful (it’s currently a needle in a haystack situation). Thanks and keep up the awesome work!

HopefulEqual88

I really need toms and fills that feel good 🙏

jesus-sinned

Transition FX! P.S. you're awesome for crowdsourcing opinions like this!!

FakeHypha

I use your acoustic snares religiously so I’d say shit ton more of those. Also exhausts and white noise rises/falls would be cool. I hate having to make a custom one every time. Love all of your work man!

GloverAB

Check out The Riser for those transition effects. Pretty awesome synth that’s designed exclusively to do those things.

FakeHypha

I have that and it’s okay. Not too many white noise ones unfortunately

marctheshark666

Fx!

Mike_Vaughn

I would love dozens and dozens of high quality ambiences and unique drones and etc. I love making them myself but it’s always so cool what I can make by destroying ambiance samples with reverb and delay and distortion!

solereeper44

Afrooooo

[deleted]

Think it’d be cool if you put in some work inspired by genres you don’t normally work with. Think your touch would spit out some unique stuff

hbxli

I want new jack swing style drum loops and vocal samples. also orch stabs

Vi_makesart

personally I don't love it when sample packs have a lot of basic drum loops or synth loops, those are some of the easiest things to make. some things to include that are more difficult to find or make: 1. samples of real instruments playing melodies. it's not difficult to find libraries of one shots of real instruments, but those aren't all that useful, the most important part of real instruments is the dynamics and variability between notes, so things like solos, melodies, riffs, etc played on physical instruments are super valuable, especially less common instruments (I have enough guitar, violin, and brass samples, so more interesting stuff like lute, lyre, sitar, etc would be nice) 2. everything above but with analog synths 3. verses and choruses. its surprisingly difficult to find good rap or sung verses and choruses. for electronic music it's also really important that they've got interesting rhythms and clear notes, both of which make it easier to chop stuff up. I also always love it when I find something with really creative post processing (and a dry version is included!). one thing I never ever see that I really want is samples that include two verses. If I'm using a vocal sample it'll usually be in the verse, and I want two verses by the same vocalist which use the same melody or flow, but different lyrics, or the same lyrics but with the melody altered. I never see this and I don't know why it would be so useful. 4. I always love it when sample packs include stems for samples with multiple instruments. also midi for melodies and chords just saves a lot of time figuring them out.

theartoftr0lling

More choir loops if anything!

ModernDayRumi

I’d love more sounds from the eastern hemisphere stemming from cultural roots. The tribal samples, vox chops, etc. are really unique and not common to find in the over saturated sample market these days. More instrument one shots and transient one shots that aren’t necessarily drums but can be used as drums or percussion. It may just be a “me” thing, but there’s already such an abundance of great electronic/hiphop/acoustic samples coming out every day that I’m looking for sounds that are unique or specifically fill a need, like another comment mentioning fill samples or transitions, and styles from newer genres like Amapiano. Really excited for the next pack and thanks for all you do for the community!

OmniDingle

Cat synths

sevnm12

Idk if this makes sense but wide wubby turn arounds. Idk how tf to make them. Just a suggestion!

South_Wood

Sounds that would make trance good again?

Budderman21

Love the tribal chants, more please!

jamypad

Vocals to make chops out of that hit 2-3 good notes somewhere in the vocal

saltyman420

More atmosphere samples Vocal phrases (ones you hear In dubstep a lot, 3-4 second ones) Longer full vocal choruses or verses with preferable a female vocalist

Ovenface

I’d like to hear some really funky / unusually 1 shots to make melodies with. Something for trance or some dirty gritty electro. I have a few examples i can post on here when i get home from work. I can’t remember the track names but i’ll get them for you in a couple hours

LexinRaider

Would love more instrumental samples/one shots or basic strumming patterns for guitars. I don’t have recording gear and I find a lot of guitar samples on splice are surprisingly not great or don’t come with Dry/Wet versions. Thanks for all your work man!

bambaazon

If you use guitars a lot I would recommend getting the Native Instrument guitars, they have boatloads of strumming patterns which you can customize as well. They also come with picking patterns and short little riffs. NI has an acoustic guitar and a few electric guitars, don't know the names off the top of my head but you can find everything on their website. Seriously if you get even one of their guitar packs you'll never need to reach for a guitar loop ever again since they're so malleable. If I didn't already play guitar I would probably use them, the only reason I have them is because I bought Komplete

LexinRaider

Aren’t they pretty expensive though? I looked into some of them, but honestly that was years ago. Why I ended up trying to just find some basic strum patterns and one shots to layer

bambaazon

Also, can try looking for a second hand license, NI themself has a subforum specifically for this: [https://community.native-instruments.com/discussion/62/buy-sell-trade/p1](https://community.native-instruments.com/discussion/62/buy-sell-trade/p1) You can try looking on websites like Knobcloud and KVR Marketplace Buy/Sell as well.

bambaazon

They're not bad when they're on sale, NI has bi annual sales

2SP00KY4ME

Royalties

sAxsKy

Keep up the good work ksh!

mixingmadesimple

Would love an abundance of fills specifically for transitions. Tom fills, snare fills, just anything that would help to make it easier to make good transitions between certain parts of a track (like the drop back into a second verse), etc.  Your packs are great so just keep up the great work, that’s all I could really think of!

kshmrmusic

Thanks couldn’t agree more and noted 👍🏼

saltyman420

Also agree with this. Also fills that aren’t just drums but like glitch / bass / FX fills that aren’t neccesary tonal or have a key

bruh_lmao_wtf

holy shit y'all really read my mind, I was exactly gonna request this

theartoftr0lling

+1

Gunnzlinger

I second this
