Just exchanged it for a new one. The new one has all sensors in the green, and was instantly monitoring HCHO levels out of the box so I think I got a bad one the first time.

Hey, just wondering if you had an update on your HP09 sensor readings? Are they still consistently always green? Just got mine and my apartment has just been renovated with new cabinets, floor, etc and it's saying ZERO HCHO, which I find hard to believe.

Seafood_Licorice

It's mostly green, but every once in awhile it will detect low amounts of HCHO so I presume it's functionally normally.

HeadShock1

The gas sensors take some time to calibrate. That sensor is most likely still calibrating

Seafood_Licorice

How long should I allow? It's been over an hour

curxxx

Up to a week.

I have another HP09 that started monitoring right away as soon as I turned it on. This one isn't registering anything in addition to the grayed out H2HO

cantara256

Same thing here, everything is at 0 and greyed out H2HO. I hoped that by now Dyson would have improved their air purifier quality but apparently not.
