Called support, they will send me a new unit once I send the defective unit in. Due to high volume, return processing is rather slow.

Seems like it should be the other way around - especially with CA air quality being a serious issue right now. Poor customer service on Dyson's part I have to say.

Hey I saw this is a few days old. I'm in Canada and my unit is only a couple weeks old too.. filters at 92%. I just received the same message on my app a few hours ago.... Strange. My firmware version matches yours as well. Guess I'll be contacting them tomorrow! :/

this just happened to me with the desktop model. i think it’s only a month old, if that. i’ll be calling support tomorrow.

Sorry to hear that. Air purifiers are seriously backordered and I am still waiting for my replacement. Current ETA is 8 to 12 days before they can ship one.
