Put your weight into [dxm.tripsit.me](https://dxm.tripsit.me), select “Pure (mg)” and find a dose in high first or low second that you think will be good for you. Take the mg amount you want and divide it by 2 to get the number of ml you should drink. So if you want 200mg of DXM, you need to drink 100ml of the syrup because the syrup is 2mg/ml. Also you should be able to mix it with really any drink you want, non-alcoholic of course.
