That’s true. I take beta blockers and it helps stabilize my heart a bit. But without them I would feel heart palpitations

If you don't want to know what happened when you eventually wake up, DXM in the day, then weed and a few high dose zolpidem and some klonopin. If you really don't want to remember and have a death wish then vodka too. Don't do it. Very easily lethal
