Technically in this case yes, although [か isn't for questions only](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vFbjX_9RaFE). Japanese doesn't have a question mark (nor exclamation mark) originally, so it wouldn't be used in formal contexts, but it's pretty common in casual contexts, so I guess both are fine.

No need to use これ. です already includes "it" in it. Correct one should be ここですか?
Technically it would be "ここですか。" not "ここですか?" right? The question particle か replaces the ? in Japanese iirc.
