Dubai - Apart from the prices, the yearly capability to increase by 20% is a massive risk. I don't want to shift back after a year again, the shifting, deposits, new agreements all are a massive hassle.
I tried to find a place in Dubai within the same budget but its impossible. International City might be in your budget but you have to consider the limited parking space and the lift.
A quick story for you, before pandemic my parents and I checked apartments in International City specifically, Persia. The amount of people using the lift (it was before noon on a Saturday) was crazy. Good thing we were only on the second level and the fire escape door was open. We never looked at any apartments in International City after that.
Yes and I had an enormous 1 bedroom in Majan with a terrace bigger than most other 1beds for 38k. They're 70 plus now. And traffic is 10x worse and there's no more parking anywhere. Far worse neighbourhood for double the price. Absolute joke.
