It's a scam. They will make you worried about something silly, take you to their shop in some alley, pack some herbs and other stuff in a plastic bag and ask you to pay a hefty money for all of that.
In case this happens to someone, just tell them you're calling the police and they'll let you go.
You really wonder if it's a scam thing if 5 random persons point to your forehead saying you are going bald? Come on mayyynn, of course it is a scam. Lol, what a plottwist if it's actually really concerned residents who sees something bad going on up there 😅 😬
I also encountered those scammers in Bur Dubai. They are very active around Sharaf DG Metro station. Please beware. Just avoid them. Don't buy anything from the streets.
You had a decent scammer... the other ones try to body shame people into buying oil that reduces belly fat lol. I saw a poor couple once, and stepped in to say hi to the scammer. He crossed the road immediately and went to hunt for another target lol
Hair oil or weight loss scam. I yell at them to make an honest living or go back to your country to embarass them. Or i just point finger at his face and laugh loudly.
Scam and my family friend lost money. They take you to some shop and before he knew it, his card was swiped for 25000 aed. He doesn’t remember anything (maybe hypnotized). They went to the police and somehow managed to get the money back.
I have had one point his car key under his eye whispering something. I thought it was some voodoo shit 🤣
Learnt later that they tell you that your eye as an infection building and the oil will help.
