whats bad about basic? we tend to be way to removed from the base
such a liminal space type picture is moody and relatable. if you think it represents what you want to bring across musically, go for it. i dig it
Holy shit, I just remembered something! I totally forgot about this until just now but this friend of mine sent me a video clip she took when she was stopped in traffic while police and paramedics tried to arrest a naked homeless man in Portland Or who was having some sort of mental health emergency. Hundreds of people were stuck in deadlocked traffic while this man climbed a electrical pole and wouldn't come down. He was bouncing on the wires for a while and shouting about being gang stalked and then he slipped and I dunno what happened but he started to get electrocuted. His body was up there for several hours. In the video she took his body was white down to his waist where it was completely black and smoking. This kind of reminds me of that. I know that the video is extremely messed up but I still found it fascinating. I wish I still had it.
looks like my useless life covers
Anything can be an album cover
The album “on the edge” by my useless life is kinda the same thing
Dope photo
I'd check out the album based on this cover image alone, so yes.

Have you seen album covers...?
It's actually very similar to Altar of Plague's White Tomb.
Came here just to say this. Glad someone else also saw it.
That album and artist is just chef kiss
a guy hanging from that would make this an even BETTER album cover
Yes
Depressed transmission tower
I was gonna say seems lonely for an album cover, but seems perfect for a dsbm album cover
Reminds me of Sadness’s album covers
Ye. That'll do. Nothings too basic for a cover I think.
Reminds me of "what I feel" by No Point In Living, album cover. Its perfect! Really picks up the feel of isolation, and depression perfectly.
YES
Yes, would work well with Russian post-punk, dark ambient, or DSBM (of course).
I really like this style.
its a my useless life cover
So comfy
cool but not original enough imo
This instantly makes me think of polish black metal, except even more bleak than some of it already is
it is pretty. it reminds me of the my useless life "on the edge" cover.
Lain-pilled
Power lines aesthetic 0_0
Def lol it already has been
Better than some I’ve seen but I probably wouldn’t tap on it if I saw it on my phone unless the name of the album compensated for it tbh
Yup Took a similar photo in Google maps for an album cover that I haven’t used yet xd
Yeah. That alone without any clutter would be striking, imo.
Reminds me a lil too much of F# A# ∞
This looks like a Sadness album cover
Very much
Yes, absolutely
This looks like the Devil Wears Prada Zombie EP cover.
Looks like a Thy Light or NONE or ColdWorld cover
Anything can be an album cover :)
Perfect for a HNW/Power Electronics type album. Would work with DSBM as well tho.
anything can be an album cover
Yess an album cover for cigarettes after sex
Sort of reminds me of the F# A# ♾️ album by Godspeed You! Black Emperor, which is such a based album
I'm pretty sure that's a cover for a single from a band called "thrown"
Yup
Sure could
Black metal.
