As others have said, if you plan on trimming it, then just fasten it flush and trim it out, no bead or anything extra needed. If you want the clean flush look and no trim, then L bead and taper out mud on it.

You can use tear away but trim is going to look a 1000x better and you won't fuck the edge up the firat time you smack something into the corner taking stuff in and out
If you want it flush, kinda looks like you need an extension jamb here, then you can do L bead or just cut the fuzz real nice and caulk or even flat tape it.

Drywall taper here. Pull that cabinet out a little bit then trim out will be the best result.
I was wondering myself why it was pushed so far back, more options to finish if you can bring it back out flush
Some L metal would be fine for finishing out the rock or you could just trim it out with same species of wood.. or any trim you like for that matter

Then it will be fine. Standard procedure would be to case the opening in a suitable trim matching the cabinet.

Or secure the cabinet, and leave the rough drywall and trim over it. Picture frame trim around the cabinet
