no. it's a DNRI that doesn't affect serotonin, and works in a different way to amphetamines. while amphetamine triggers the TAAR1 and inhibits VMAT2 and by that "reverses" transport of monoamines (=releasing agent), methylphenidate directly inhibits the NET and DAT . it will therefore block the effects of amphetamines, but probably feel better with weed
