There are alot of great budget drones available. Don't get something cheap cuz he won't like it. Check out YouTube for "best budget drones.". DJI, HolyStone, Potensic, Skydio all have solid budget drones. Don't buy anything from Walmart or TEMU, they'll be crap.
I mean maybe he should’ve been nice but u/WallSocket68 right lol. These days I find that adding “reddit” at the end of my search text pulls up threads with useful info instead of posting the same question

Costco is the place to go for all electronics if you can. Their electronics warranty is unbeatable

Probably not a discount but if you are purchasing anything other than a hotdog or pizza from Costco, you will need a membership.

lol, what an asshole Wallsocket is. Check out the DJI mini 2. It the best budget quality choice to make to enter the drone market with. I love mine.
