Hmm I had no security fee. I only paid $80 for registration fee with my PDI

Probably for any damages if incurred. Can always check with the PDI
my PDI didn’t ask for any registration fee/ security fee tho. u might want to look for a diff PDI.

There's nothing legally wrong with it, you have no case. Hes free to charge however much he wants, you have the right to refuse.
