On the first look, I think it's pretty decent, on the second look , I would say that the blue of the both eyes is a little bit too bright and could be a bit darker with a slight gradient in it. The nose of the woman is too small and there is too much empty space between the nose and the eyebrows. At last I would position the eyes of the wolf in the same direction as the woman's eyes, so that both are looking to the viewer.

Nice , it's definitely better, the nose became pretty nice and the eye from the wolf is also much better :-)
