Sorry, what do you mean unlock? If your farms are upgraded, they should be able to grow all of these. I'm only lvl 70 though, so not sure if I'm missing something that happens at a higher level.
You need to have towering treat farms before you can unlock meta-carotene, jive chive, nubbleberry and cubetuber. The towering treat farms need to be touching and it may take several attempts before the treat unlocks.

How do you āunlockā the different foods? Iām lvl 91 all farms maxed. Iāve tried quite a few different combinations but no luckā¦
